The Chic Lipe is as it's name suggests chic and luxurious for a hostel. The private rooms are super spacious, some of the largest we've seen in a hostel, and come with a really modern bathroom and design. We loved the concrete walls and wooden interiors. The common area on the ground floor is also very spacious, has plenty of room to sit and chill and even 2 pool tables if you fancy a game. We were here in low season so it was very, very quiet but can imagine this place will be buzzing in high season. The breakfast was a choice of either western style or Thai style with both being good but we preferred the Thai style. We also hired the bikes for a day, but they are a bit old and not ideal for the hills on the island but all in all we still enjoyed using them for a day and would do this again. If you're on a budget on Koh Lipe this is definitely the place to be. …

Wonderful service and great location, not far from walking street!!!! We stay at here 4 day with Friend. The room and restroom very cleanliness. Big thank to reception and housekeeping for the surprise birthday to my friend. Definitely to come back <3

This hotel is chic like its name, well-designed, nice decoration and beautiful paintings. The price is reasonable. The location is great, not too far from walking street. Breakfast is ok. The room is clean. The staff is nice. Two things, there is a hole in my towel and the water not running for hours on the day of check-in.

We got the private room and it was everything we need. The hotel was very newly decorated. The bed was comfy and clean. The staff were nice and welcoming. It’s a good price for the hotel in Lipe and only 3 mins walk to the beach.

I've recently stayed at The Chic and would like to praise the fabulous service, delicious breakfast and iced coffee 😁. The staff - all of them, from the receptionists to the waitresses to the general manager - went out of their way to be helpful and made sure I felt comfortable and welcome. All employees are very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and in a quiet location. The private room I had looked like one you come across in a 4-star hotel. In other words, "The Chic" is very apt. I'll definitely stay there again the next time I visit Lipe.

Our room was amazing!! We had a private room but the dorm room also looked really big and nice! Staff are lovely and really welcoming. Breakfast was included and you also got to choose from the menu each morning, was lot of options. Wifi was free and really good also the TV had movies! Beach is only little walk away also the main street with all the restaurants. Lipe was my favorite place when traveling round Thailand. Would recommend bitchs xX

We stayed here for 3 nights recently and the rooms and the hostel are really nice and modern. We stayed in a 6 bed dorm with double beds and it was comfy and big and you get a really good sized locker. The rooms are kept clean but the bathrooms could really do with getting cleaned more, the baskets are always full and the toilet paper runs out loads. There are always things left on the side in the showers and some of it was generally unclean - mostly down to the people who stay there not cleaning up after themselves! We had a good stay but didn’t sleep well at all due to the 3 pairs we had over the 3 days being so so loud and inconsiderate - not the hostels fault I know but annoying! It was in good location and the staff were really nice

We did not stay here but we went for drinks for 4 evenings and food for 1 evening. It was our go to place as it had cheap priced beer and food, plus a decent pool table. The hostel looks like a 5 star. The Staff are lovely, hard working and professional. Especially the young lady with glasses and the Gentleman who looks like the Manager. If you want luxury at affordable prices then this could be the place for you on this beautiful Island. On our last night here, we will be going back to the Chic Boutique Hostel.

Had a confirmed booking for new years eve. Booked flights to Langkawi and ferry to koh lipe just to receive the message that they falsely thought I'm a female and the only place they had was a female dorm. Almost every hotel/hostel on the Island was booked out. Thank you for nothing!

After spending four days in an expensive bamboo bungalow because I thought beach front was key (just battled bugs), I went to Chic Lipe and wow. Modern, beautiful decor. Excellent food on site. I chose a double bed, 4 person with our own bathroom. So clean, so comfortable, air con worked great. I was really amazed by this place and think it is the nicest hostel I have ever stayed. I walked to Pattaya beach via walking street for sunset, about 15 min. I think you can cut thru to sunrise beach via the resorts across the street but I didnt do it. Dinner was great and affordable compared to walking street. I wish I found this place sooner, don’t be deterred that its not beach front. Its a beautiful space to return to after a day at the beach.
