Good location, magical breakfast, filtercoffee. What more can you expect? You can choose from an a la carte breakfast meny, all of the five ones are topclass! Really. The owner is danish and he is very nice as a host. Located in the middle of the small island so you don't need to use the meaningless taxi that destroys the island.

Really close to the Main Street. Staff was really kind and ready to help. Breakfast was actually super yummy and everything was perfect!! Our room had everything it needed and there was no noise at all. Would totally recommend it and choose it again:)

The breakfast was incredible! Great location, at the Centre of Lipe - easy to walk everywhere. Room was clean and well maintained. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay and more welcoming staff. Thank you!

Fantastic lovely place to stay in lipe. 10/10 for everything. No kidding. Location was awesome and very quiet place to rest. Couple managing the place was friendly and helpful. U will not regret booking this place.

This was a great option in Koh Lipe- so much so that we stayed an extra 2 nights! The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was amazing! The room we stayed in was really spacious, and had a nice private balcony. The bed was large and super comfy. As they were only just reopening after Covid there were a couple of small things missing in the room like soap, water glasses etc, but didn’t impact our stay and they acknowledged as soon as we arrived that they were still getting back in the swing of things after a long period of closure. The bar/restaurant area wasn’t open on an evening which would of been nice, but again I think this was due to the recent reopening. It’s in a good location, short walk to walking street and the main beaches. Really nice option for Koh Lipe, would recommend!…

We stayed here for 3 nights. The room was clean and very comfortable for 3 of us. The breakfast was very tasty. If you want to go snorkeling, you may consider to book with them as they offer cheaper price compare to others in the walking street.

We spent 3 nights at family room with balcony. The room is exactly what they promoted, except the view from our balcony. It is much better because we can see partial seaview. I didn't expect that :) The breakfast is great at Mojo cafe (nice presentation and also taste good). The location is peefect (5-10 min to other beach and far enough from walking street which can be quite noisy on the weekend. The only disadvantage is that there is a mosque next to the hotel and it could disturb you sometimes when they prey. But, overall, I really enjoyed our stay and had a good time there !

We were fortunate to stay here for a week in March, just days before they were forced to shut because of the current crisis the world has. What an absolute diamond of a hotel. We generally try and avoid staying at hotels if we can as prefer smaller more private accomodations. The best decision I made before coming to Koh Lipe was booking our stay here. We stayed in a balcony room overlooking a small road and a mountain. We never got tired of soaking up our surroundings whilst sitting with a Chang on the balcony. The breakfast which was included in our price has to have a special mention. It was just oustanding. This was by far the most pleasant breakfast experience we have ever had when staying in a hotel. Whoever choses the music every morning has seriously good taste. The breakfast itself was just as amazing as the music choice. You have a choice of about six options. Beautifully and carefully presented and cooked. I really cannot say enough how much breakfast time was such a lovely experience in every way. The staff clearly have care and enthusiasm for thier jobs here. The hotel is perfectly located, quick walking distance to the hub of bars and restaurants and even the beautiful sunrise beach. I dont recommend staying in the thick of it on Walking Street and you neednt spend a fortune staying at hotels on the beaches as The Reef is so close to everything anyway with much more class and style than the expensive hotels dotted along the beaches! I wouldnt hestite in returning to stay if I every go back to Koh Lipe. Thanks to the whole team for giving us long lasting memories of a wonderful place. We miss being here!…

We stayed here for four nights. Everything is within walking distance. Walking street 2 minutes. Sunrise beach 5 minutes. Sunset beach 15 minutes. Pattaya beach 10 minutes. The room was smallish in a small courtyard. But the reception area and bar were gorgeous, bright and airy. The breakfasts are amazing, the best in Thailand. Koh Lipe is the most amazing place in Thailand. Powder white sand with crystal blue seas. Hard work getting there but so worth the journey.
