small hotel with a dozen apartments, 1 minute walk back from the beach behind Daya Hotel on the western end of Pattaya Beach. The apartments comprise a bedroom, small kitchen, bathroom and balcony. They are well constructed. There are 8 ground floor apartments with garden views and 4 upper level apartments with sea views. Owner was friendly and gave guidance on places to visit. 5-10 minute walk along Pattaya beach to the Walking street.

Sin duda, es un lugar que te hace sentir como en casa, tiene todas las prestaciones para ello y no falta nada. Todo nuevo e impecable. Destaco, por sobre todo, al Manager Nay y su staff, quienen están atentos a cada requerimiento del huesped y lo hacen con mucho cariño y amabilidad. Pasamos allí 24 noches y lo volveríamos a hacer. Lo recomiento 100%.

Fantastic hotel with fully equipped kitchen and stunning view. Pro-s: facilities, view, location: 3 mins to the beach Con-s if you are 'all included' traveller with inclination for conservative accommodation, it probably won't be your first choice. Apart from that hotel is great for all types of travellers wether romantic gateway for young couple or group travel. Ideal for families with kids. Last but not least, really like that hotel is elevated which makes it less humid. Rooms are lux and materials used are quality ones.

房间很大，电视很大，冰箱很大，可以自己做菜，还可以炸西瓜汁。有阳台，看着海景吃早餐很享受!尤其是服务人员太好了，每次都接送我们去想去的地方，甚至我们住了几天后换到落日海滩的酒店，服务人员还送我们过来，帮我们扛行李，我们都感动的不行!从这里去步行街走海滩散步过去很近，十分钟吧。蛮方便的。

Consiglio assolutamente i Lipe Apartments! L'appartamento è basico ma è fornito di tutto e pulitissimo. Il personale è molto gentile e disponbile. La posizione è ideale perchè si trova nella parte più bella di Pattaya beach. Siamo stati benissimo!

Nous avons passé plusieurs nuits dans cet appart hôtel en novembre. Chambre spacieuse, bien équipée et franchement propre. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Personnel très sympas en prime Le seul petit point négatif, c est les bruits de crapauds les jours de grosse pluie. Mais On s est senti « comme à la maison » dans cet hôtel. On recommande !
