Made a reservation months before arriving and got canceled shortly before arrival without reason. This place should only be considered if anywhere else is full. It feels as if they don’t care about guests at all and only about profit.
We stayed here for 3 nights. The Villa we got was very nice indeed. Lovely bed, furnishings, ac worked well, hot shower. Very close to the beach. There is a bar blaring out thumping music at the end of this resort until midnight ‘cafe de Lipe’ which I think is a bit unnecessary for the music to be so loud. Other than that this place is perfect. The Villas are better than the standard rooms from what I heard.

Well, we stayed here for three nights for 7140 Bhat, around 66 Euros a night. The price was a little high for what we got. We had a Rocky start with this resort. We found the tab in the bathroom loose, morning left and right while turning it on. In addition we discovered a nest of ants in the shower. After informing the staff, they fixed it very quickly. The day after the ants were back, this time behind the sink.. Once again it was taken care of, as well of the loose tab and a loose electrical socket (without us having to say anything about it.). The same night we found one huuuuge cokroach on its back on the bathroom floor and two smaller ones in the shower. Omg so disgusting! However.. Apart from that, the room (or small bungalow) was cute, a huge comfortable bed and a strong aircon unfortunately, there were no chairs to but your belongings onto. The mirrors hung so low we had to sit down to see ourselves ;D One more thing.. The refrigerator turns itself off when you leave the room, not cooling the water bottles in it... Well the staff was lovely, helpful and efficient. The location was more than perfect! Two steps from the beach and 2 walking minutes to the islands central "walking street". I'd give it 3/5 …
I stayed here three nights and I don't have any complaints. It's not a luxury hotel and everything is simple but you should know this when you see the price so there's not much to say about it. I think the room was cute, wifi and AC works fine and the staff will try to help you if you need, although they didn't speak very good English. Location is good aswell, need pattaya beach which is the main beach with beautiful sand. But everything is close in lipe!
Sawadde, I like this nice little set of bungalows... The plus's side, big rooms, super friendly staff, and reasonable... Air conditioned and only 2 minute walk to the beach with a nice buffet breakfast with fruit... The rest of the story, it is a little simple and the rooms maybe 10 years old, so if you are looking for new, not your best choice, and if friendly, quite and close to the beach, then enjoy.. Er most places seem more expensive than the mainland, and so... enjoy the beach and live beyond the numbers...
Place is good if you can get it for € 20-30, but for € 60 we payed, it felt like a robbery. Toilet didn't work and the front yard looks like an abandonent construction site. There's a breakfast but it's just instant coffee with white bread and fruits. Place is 100m from the beach which is nice
We booked the resort few months earlier via AGODA, we were supposed to stay at the resort for 3 nights.When we arrived at the resort, the reception told us we can only stay at the resort for 2 night as AGODA has screwed up our bookings. Hence, they re-arranged our last night to stay at another hotel which is just 5 mins away from their resort. However, we are not too happy with their arrangement although the hotel they gave us was nicer than theirs but the issue is 'how could this happen? The blame is on AGODA? soon after we make our payment via AGODA, we did call the resort to follow up and they said everything is ok. To add on, their hospitality is bad too. They just don't bother. The room was spacious and toilet is smelly. Also, please bring along your mosquito repellent. There's alot of mosquito there. The resort is very simple and it is expensive. We were charged RM350++ for one night. I will never come back here and will never ever recommend it other people.…
I was shocked to find water all over everything in the bathroom when I checked in. It was like someone took a shower right before I entered the room, even the roll of toilet paper was wet. There were gaps in the window frame where bugs could get into the room.
the room has almost everything : TV (only Thai channels),air conditioning,hot water but in 7 days accomodation they didn,t clean make-up the room and even they didn't change the bed sheets, every day i had to ask for toilette paper and many other things, i found live big cockroaches in toilette and in the room and many technical problems, Breakfast is a shame ,sleep quality very bad during the night many dogs around, management doesn't have any skills, rack rate is overpriced, real value for 2 persons is not more than 1500 bath
We stayed here two nights and were really disappointed. We were the only guests and yet there was NO service - Breakfast was meagre- the room wasn't serviced (which is the first time we have struck this), there was no wardrobe or shelves to unpack anything (and no bedside tables). We felt that we did not get value for the money charged and would NOT stay here again.
