What a pity! We stayed 6 nights in a Beachfront bungalow. The view over the green see and the white sand was amazing! But - no warm water for 6 days!! - 5 carpets in the room full with dust and dirty Cleaning stuff awful - 3 ladies sitting on my bed, chatting in mobile phones. The last three days I didn't want them anymore. - the breakfast poor! The coffeemachne didn't work - Coffee terrible. All over cheap cheap... But convientent for the local ppl. All from oversea stay away! Every night from 6 pm until 1 am bumm bumm in 2 Bars - no chance for a good sleep. Every day the longtail boats sooo noisy and be careful if you go snorkeling or swimming - they don't care about you! The Transfer was instead 2 hours speed boat 3,5 hours... Stopped 2 times for local passengers for Photos. All over koh lipe a lot of trash - the 2 years of C. are not used for renovations or cleaning.…

We stayed here for 5 nights in Dec 2021. The beach was clean but there were some rocks along the beach. The room met the photo on their website. We had dinner at hotel’s restaurant once and it was good. Price is slightly cheaper than restaurants on walking street. Breakfast choice was small but getting more variety when they have more guests.

Had the pleasure of staying her for 7 nights and enjoy amazing Koh Lipe. Very friendly staff, good food and really good service. Nice clean rooms with Queen size bed, refrigerator, cable TV, outdoor patio, short walk, 75m down to the water on beautiful Pattaya Beach. Quite and charming resort, with 5 min walk to walking Street. 12 min to Sunset Beach and Sunrise beach. Just perfectly situated. Recommended for lovebirds, families, everyone 😊

My boyfriend and I arrived at Bella Vista for what we planned to be a 3 night stay on the last stop of our 2 week trip to Thailand. Our first day, we noticed the bed felt like laying on cardboard- so uncomfortable, the room and bathroom were dark and dirty compared to the pictures online, that there was very weak air conditioning and spotty WiFi, inconsistent water temperature/pressure in the shower and a sewage smell in bathroom. We definitely thought it was overpriced and falsely advertised as a 4 star hotel (especially with no pool at the "resort") but we figured we could put up with all of this considering the location is pretty good. However, our first night sleeping there was a nightmare. There were mosquitos EVERYWHERE!! We got bit by them while getting out of the shower, going to the bathroom as well as in the bed. I turned on the lights at one point and saw 3 mosquitos just on my pillow alone! We sprayed ourselves with repellent and put a towel under our door (since there is a big opening) and hoped for the best. When we woke up, we were not only covered in mosquito bites but BED BUG BITES! We know what these look like as we have unfortunately had them before. It was awful. We knew that staying at Bella Vista for our last 2 nights in Thailand would ruin our experience. I politely explained this to the front desk staff and was told to "come back in 2 and a half hours for an answer." I came back in 2 and a half hours and was told that we could 1. Have someone clean our room 2. Move to another room available (same kind of room, same area). This same morning, my boyfriend was leaving for an early morning scuba drive trip and tried to take a paper cup of their coffee to go and was told that that was not allowed, by the way... I knew this was the kind of place that would have this issue (and all of the others mentioned above) regardless of cleaning and moving to the same kind of room so I made it clear that I wanted to cancel our reservation and receive a refund for those two nights. I was told that since we booked through a company, it was up to them whether or not we could receive a refund if we cancelled. I called the booking company and they completely understood and said they would refund us after confirmation with Bella Vista staff that we left early. I figured this would get settled by the end of the day so I booked another resort, packed and left immediately. (PS the resort we spent our last 2 nights at was incredible, great service and clean.) I received an email from our booking company the following day saying that they were basically given the run around from Bella Vista staff and told management wouldn't be "in" for a week or so...to give confirmation that we checked out two nights early. It's been almost two weeks and they are still unable to get a hold of someone from Bella Vista to confirm in order for us to get refunded for the two nights we did not stay there. So not only are the rooms filthy, the staff is shady and unprofessional. I did not want to leave a review as I hoped they would be able to make this right but clearly they are incapable of that. DO NOT book here!! Whether it's the beginning, middle or end of or your stay in Thailand... you'll leave with bites everywhere, possibly bring bed bugs home with you, back pain from sleeping on that bed and a serious headache from the staff.…

Perfect position, just 5 minutes walking from the Walking Street. Very good wifi even at the resort beach. Nice and tidy bedrooms and the towels were changed everyday. The first day the bed sheet had some dirty spots but they got changed the day after. We will be back

If simplicity is not the prevalence of this island, I can't really accept the poor and under maintained amenities in this resort. To be anywhere near the premium standard, the bathroom condition has to improve. I can accept the slack of water pressure, as it's rather common for small island, but no way can I close a blind eye to dirty shower head which can't be held right on the rod. The rooms are spartan, facilities barren and the food in the only restaurant is mediocre at best. You won't be treated like privileged guests but I'm not complaining as it's not my concern as long as they get things done. Be informed that this island is not your usual luxurious destination and most supplies are rather expensive. Beaches are pristine but the large number of boats present at the shoreline is a spoiler to the occasion. …

Booked this hotel for 4 nights at lipe island . We have been very disappointed this hotel . We sent the email to inform them to pick up us on the pier but Nobody came. After we got a hotel . We asked them about this mistake .”No apologize “form the stuff and They told us .They don’t have a service like that if we want this service we had to mention them “ What” who sent email us back to meet us at the pier . Anyway we was too tried that time and need to got our room . We got a room on 2nd floor . Room was big enough but no hair dryer no tv no fridge . The big problem happened Air condition broke . They took time to fix it more than 3 hours . We want to change the room but No room available on that time . Air condition was cold only at night if you need to use it in afternoon . It was no power enough to make our room cold. “ Hot like a Sauna” The water pressure was suck . We can not shower on the rush hours [ 8-10 am &pm] We like Lipe a lot but we will book a hotel next to this hotel “We will not go back this hotel again” …

When we arrived to the resort, it felt like i was entering a trash can, and since i went through the back side you can see that the water tank does not work which means no hot water to shower with. As we went to the “reception” area the staff were very mean and unwelcoming. They gave us a welcome drink which i found alright. After a few minutes later they took us to our room and all i could smell was the urine(it’s pretty bad). The rooms was okay but i’ve been in better hotels/resorts here in koh lipe, the bed itself is meh and the pillow is very uncomfortable it felt like i was sleeping on a rock. Ah the bathroom was horrible, it smelled disgusting honestly and once again they did not have hot water, so i had to shower with very cold water. Anyways, please avoid this resort at all costs! …

Wow, Koh Lipe is something special: The last island before you hit Malaysia is well worth a visit. I thought that I had visited most of the Thai islands but boy was I surprised. The Bella Vista resort on the island certainly caps off the experience: Beach views, drinks . excellent staff; what more would you need: Get here before it gets two commercial.

We booked the standard room for thb3,005 per night, there are 2 super singles beds, to fit 2 adult and 2 children. Quite pricey. Child age above 5 is charged thb250/day for breakfast, without extra bed. Room is clean, but there is no tv, no mini bar, no hair dryer and the house keepingz doesn't replenish the toiletries without us requesting. Customer Service is excellent, and ala-carts food is great. Breakfast is very basic and the food is just average. The hotel is about 15-20 mins walk from walking street, 10 mins from Bun-ga immigration and it feels like a very long walk when we were walking under the hot sun. Pattaya beach is much nicer now compared with Sunrise Beach, with less boat parking in front of the beach.
