Koh Lipe has been our regular island to visit during the past few years. And Akira Resort is noted down to be one of our most selected place to bring friends and family here. Checkin is fast and easy. Rooms are so clean, and equipped with good materials. + Nice amenities Outdoor public spaces are clean, and always in a good shape. Breakfast here is the champion !!, so much variety, and they never drop their standards What we love most about this place is the location. It's located right at the beach where the speedboat arrives. If you bring your family with old people. They can reach the resort really easily. You can also walk to the walking street really easily. Loved the place ! It is so near to the jetty and walking street. We took their boat transfer back to the jetty which was so much more convenient. The staff, beach, room and breakfast were superb. Definitely coming back here! The pool access room are gorgeous and perfect for our stay. The bed are huge and comfortable. The only complain would have been the shower area was not maintained well and there’s some sounds coming from the glass door but negligible.

Great hotel , great service, very nice rooms and very friendly staff. We came for 3 days and stayed week . We was on deluxe room and deluxe pool access and have not used the pool access as the min pool much attractive and nice with the sea view and bar in the pool

Horrible experience with this so called five star hotel. We cancelled our booking three months in advance but they still charged us the full fee, close to EUR 1000! We have been trying for weeks now to get them to refund the amount or at least offer an explanation on the charge but to no avail. Please don’t call yourself a luxury hotel unless you are prepared to make business as such.

A reasonable 3 star-ish hotel well located on Pattaya Beach and super close to Walking Street. At first glance the hotel has a cool beach vibe and is reasonably modern compared to the true 'beach shacks' scattered on the island. The staff are plentiful and for the best part are accommodating. Feel let down by the F&B team. Breakfast is very hit and miss and pool service took over an hour to receive once I followed up with the team. It was sitting on the bench for God knows how long and was served to me ice cold and soggy and maybe with a side of bacteria! I had the pleasure of paying top price for it too! Also feel the 100 Bhat for a bucket of ice is a bit steep! The room was good, housekeeping did a nice job the and the a/c was the bomb! The shower however is in need of urgent renovation and cleaning, mould central!! Yuck!! There are much more basic places to stay on the island however I chose Akira as I it looked like a more modern 4 star hotel with the price to match. …

Would give 10 stars if I could. P E R F E C T, the location, the pool, the service. I loved every little thing about this hotel. The location is perfect, very near by walking street. The breakfast was amazing. Staff very helpful.

This hotel is definitely not worth the money. Accomodations are ok if you are in a deluxe room but common spaces and service are terrible. We asked for lunch and they forgot to bring one plate, so my husband didn’t have lunch until 40 minutes after me, making us lose valuable time for beach activities. Breakfast was terrible. Everything was complétely dirty, very poor Spaces, food going to waste due to the heat. You pay for a hotel on the beach but this one didn’t even have beach space for hotel guests. They only occupy that space with restaurant tables Because at night they serve a buffet for everyone and they don’t let you have space on the beach, which by the way is completely full of garbage. Wouldn’t stay near this hotel again ever. It’s a complete shame.

Very good hotel, offer beautiful and big rooms, clean bathroom and shower. The staff are great, and the location is amazing, close to the walking street and right on the Pattaya shoreline. Very recommended for everyone. Be aware for mosquitoes.

Came to Koh Lipe and because of both this place and the island fell in love with it. Had the swim up room once more and again was on point. Our cleaner was always polite helpful and left the room in perfect condition. The pools are great and a tip if you want a cooler pool the back ones are a few degrees lower than the main pool with swim up bar. Cocktails and service up there on the beach are top shelf and never fail. All staff were brilliant and always ready to help, welcome you back say hello or leave you to yourself as needed. only criticism is the breakfast buffet you occasionally had to hunt down the egg station chef but the beach is clean, chairs are always available, same as by the pool and loved how the staff also cleaned up towels if no one had been seen near them from over an hour.…

I spend here several days with my family, the location is nice, the hotel is directly in front of a marvellous 🏖️ beach. Coming back to the bedroom, our was quite large and comfortable, cleaned every day, unfortunately the aircon was really noisy. The breakfast comes with wide choice of food, time is also flexible, definitely a good choice. Nice restaurant is also available for lunch as well as for dinner, the majority of dishes are Thai food but also other types of kitchen can be tested. I recommend this hotel, my experience was more than positive.
