We initially booked to stay in the bungalows for 2 nights but extended our stay as we loved the bungalows and Koh Lipe. The bungalow itself was spacious with en-suite bathroom with hot shower (which is not always the case in Thailand), kettle, hairdryer and safety deposit box. They are cleaned thoroughly every day. We borrowed beach mats from them too which was great. It is only a couple of minutes walk to the beach and Walking Street and lots of great restaurants and bars. We also booked a snorkelling boat trip with them which was amazing. The staff were really helpful, we organised laundry with them, hired snorkels and they also booked our ferry and gave us a lift to the departure point. They are not luxury bungalows but if you are travelling on a budget they are unbelievable value and I would not hesitate to recommend them.…

I had one of the best days fishing I've ever had, with 6 sailfish hookups, landing 3 of them. Great captain and a great boat, highly recommend. Very good communication and the boat picks you up on the beach directly opposite your resort! I will visit again for sure.

Me and two friends stayed at the bungalows at Family Song. The rooms are very nice and clean. The staff is amazing, allways smiling and helping with recommending different spots on the island, for snorkling, eating or anything you want. Christiano, the owner, an amazing Italian guy who lived on the Island for 10 years now. Takes care of a lot of dogs who are super nice walking around. He even made us Italian pasta one day. I even left a personal belonging in the bungalow and Christiano sent it in the mail. Even helped with a recipent to receive it in Bangkok. Would easy go back for a couple days to relax on the island. 10/10

Very clean and cosy bungalows. Great location as it is so close to anything, for trips boats are basically in front of the doorstep, close walking distance to any beach on the island and only 3 minutes to walking street. Super friendly staff and very helpful also for planning any activities around Lipe. Also the communication before arrival was very good and tipps for departure where given. Such a peaceful atmosphere I would always go back there again. Just wonderful.

I Highly recommend this hotel/bungalow in koh lipe, good prices, great owners and staff.will sure come back. Great breakfast and you can go on a snorkeling trip, fishing trip or island tour and the staff Will help you with everything.

Super happy about this choice: very clean and nice bungalow, few steps from Pattaya beach. Comfortable, with hot water. The owner help a lot of dogs and cats on this island, atmosphere is very simple and relaxing. Highly recommended!

We have been there in January for 5 days.if I come back in Lipe , i will book again at Cristano's. We had a great time. family atmosphere, professional staff, well organized structure. Clean and tidy rooms. I recommend it.

I am laying in my hammock on the porch of my cabin. The beautiful beach is a few steps away if I get ambitious. Walking street with all the restaurants and entertainment is less than five minutes away. The bamboo cabin is small but well equipped (hot shower, fridge, safe, hammock and chairs on balcony) and comfortable. The staff are amazingly helpful and friendly, they even let me use their computer to print some travel documents that I needed. Family Song is great value. On this trip I stayed at two other places on Koh Lipe, this is the one I will return to.

We ate here 3 times during our holiday. The fresh fish and squid were excellent. The staff are attentive and work hard. The Penang curry is the best I've every had in Thailand! Definitely recommend eating here in the evening when the fish is fresh.

Great stay. Perfect distance from the beach and walking street. Huts have everything you need. It can be a bit noisey if you get the wrong neighbours. The owners are very helpful and accommodating and really helped us when my partner needed medical assistance. Would love to stay again.
