It's in the walking street. Eatery and shopping is very near to the inn. Room is little bit small, but there are fan and a/c, so room is cool. The room is clean & room cleaning service is provided everyday. Breakfast is included and served quick and hot. Free water, coffee are provided all the time. During evening time, I like to hv a cup of coffee in the coffee place. It's so relaxing and serene. The manager is kind and sweet. Willing to help. Definitely will come back here again or recommend to friends.

Really great clean little room with fan & amazing air con. Fresh bed & towels everyday. Great breakfast included. Free water, tea,coffee all day! Excellent location right off walking street & in the centre location for all beaches! Highly recommend. Lovely owner & handyman too

Julieta and Dia are great managers. Excellent location and really clean rooms. Breakfast and free coffee was a nice touch! Close walk to all beaches. A bit pricey, but super clean, friendly staff. Enjoy!

Spent here one night on our way to Kih Kradan. Propably one of the cheapest places on the island. The room was small but in really good shape. Really good service from the staff, and good basic breakfast. Located just 15 metres from the walking street.

We stayed here for just one night breaking up a trip from Koh lanta to langkawi. Understand that it's an expensive island but 1500bhat for a tiny room off a main street isn't great - in fact it's the most expensive room we had in 3 ½ weeks in Thailand which is why we can only give it a 2 - if it had been cheaper it would have been ok. Room so basic and only ok to 'sleep’ - nothing more.

The room was very clean, and staff cleaned every day. Clean towels etc. However the room was small, bunkbed twin room and small bathroom. The air con was powerful and room also had fan inside too. Good location on walking street. Wifi didnt work in room (stayed on bottom floor) upstairs there was a sitting area where the wifi worked perfect so assume upstairs rooms wifi would work in the rooms. Overall its standard accom room but maintained well.

We used this for four nights. Very basic, simple and small rooms, but it works well to get a nights sleep. Not noisy at all. The rooms are being cleaned everyday and being kept with fresh linens. Breakfast is ok and changes a bit every day.

It is in the walking street, it has hot showers and stuff can help you with some suggestions. Only minus are small rooms and price higher than thai standards (around 15 euros everynight): if it was already around 8/10 euros, review was better&better ;)

I booked ahead because I knew Lipe was more expensive, but I didn't really get what I paid for. The room was small without any room for bags, especially with six people staying. I didn't see much of the owner aside from checking in but I heard a lot of good things about her from other guests. Would have given a higher number of stars if it had just been a bit cheaper.

The rooms where clean and thats the only positive thing say. Rooms are to small. We could barely fit 2 backpack in. Staff says Hello but there it stops. No advise about Things to do or placets to eat. They dont really care. Next time other place.
