Family-run and family friendly resort on the beach. Coco Beach Bungalows offers 18 simple and clean bungalows with en-suite bathroom. Nothing fancy but a cool atmosphere for relaxing holidays. All our A/C bungalows are equiped with western bathroom and hot shower. Free Wifi is available in each room and breakfast is included in the price of the room. Daily room cleaning. Coco Beach Restaurant serves delicious local food from 8am to 9pm. Family-suite, Family and Comfy bungalows are equipped with a small fridge and a kettle. They are A/C rooms. Standard A/C Bungalows are equipped with a kettle. Garden A/C and Budget A/C are basic rooms. The budget A/C bungalows do have fix windows that you can't open. Free beach towels are available at the reception. Free drinking water in the room (1 bottle per person per day).

WE agree with the positive comments, staff is friendly, and we used them for our boat service for fair prices. The biggest bummer is the noise; there is a crazy dog that howls like a wolf in the middle of every night, as well as a very loud crow. There are monkeys (maybe rats too) that scurry across the metal roof in the middle of the night making a racquet. There is no bar or nightclub noise which is good but you do get drunks using it as a passageway between beach and road in the wee hours.

We had a fantastic snorkeling trip with this hotel, the food was delicious and they allow us to rent the boat just with our friends not a group. They give you a choice for lunch I got the shrimp pineapple rice and it was very delicious. Everyone who works here are friendly and local Koh lipe Thai.

We loved this little resort at the beach. The bungalows are very clean and has everything you need. AC, fridge, hot water and fresh water, coffee tea etc is replenished every day. It also includes breakfast which makes it a very good deal. Staff is super fiendly and helpfull. We will definitely come back again!!!

Excellent location on the quiet side of the island but very close to everything you need. The team is fantastic and very helpful. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom simple. My only suggestion is to add fans so we could open the windows instead of having to use the aircon (which was good and quiet). Definitely a keeper.

Place is super clean and the staff is really helpful and friendly. We came as a big group of friends to dive in Ko Lipe. The staff Kris was very helpful in organizing our boat transfers and liasing with the dive center to transfer our equipment. Very responsive to messages and helpful in giving suggestions. They also offered a few free upgrades for our room for a more comfortable stay. But i am happy to stay in my Garden Bungalow. Checking in and out was a breeze. Rooms were cleaned daily. I would recommend Coco Beach

Location wise is very nice and directly on the sunrise beach. Less than 10mins got the walking street. The services are fabulous too. The staff are very friendly and nice too. The room and toilet are spacious too for 4 of us. Pillows and mattress are comfortable.

Super bungalows but n great location. Super clean and spacious with great staffs super friendly check in and just loved the place. They had good Working aircon and the bed was massive. The pillows and mattress comfortable and no noise but the flip flops of the cleaners. The location is on the beach and not far from the waking street.

We stayed at coco beach bungalows for 10 nights , was cosy and basic , had AC and tea making facility’s plus fridge. No safe in room or tv but seems no tvs on whole island even in the bars etc. not that u really need them ! Anyway coco resort is quiet and right on beach ( u literally walk straight on to it) resteraunt is still shut so no breakfast offered right now but they will do your laundry for a few baht. U can walk to all the resteraunts and shops in couple of mins or along the beach to a few in either direction . Grab a long tail right off the beach around to sunset beach for 100 baht and snorkel in the bay it’s great . All in all great stay and worth the price 👍

First time in Lipe to dive; Coco Beach Bungalows was a great choice! - Kris was super helpful when approached online; he helped us book transportation from Hat Yai airport (mini van, speedboat...) without additional charge - Check-in was fast - AC in room worked super well (powerful and instantly cooling) - Free, well-working Wi-Fi - Spacious toilet (not the best water pressure but easy to get used to!) - Daily cleaning & change of linen (this is not always a given at other places!) - Beach is super close - Just a stone's throw away from a great restaurant (across The Chic Lipe) and Walking Street It's not a 5-star hotel, but after staying here for a couple of days I quickly realised that the place really has EVERYTHING you really need plus a little more. They really planned for details that other hotels the same price range would have neglected (e.g. daily cleaning & linen change, mini-fridge, a safe, in-room drying rack AND outdoor clothes line, Wi-Fi). I only needed the place to rest in between all the diving I did and Coco Beach Bungalows was perfect. Would return again!…

I quite liked it here I’ve stayed in a lot more expensive places on the island but I thought this is very good value as long as you bear in mind is not top-flight. My accommodation in bungalow number one very near the beach but none of them are more than one minutes walk good air-conditioning very good Wi-Fi. I enjoyed it Kris speaks excellent english and helped arrange transport.
