We spent 4 nights in Vivat hotel on a half board basis, and used their swimming and sauna facilities. We had a DeLux room, and it was ok. The room was apparently newly renovated, comfortable and with a nice view to the outside swimming pool. Swimming pools, both inner and outer, are of the remarkable size, but they get crowded anyway. Adult part of the inner swimming pools is quiet. The best part of the facilities is the "World of saunas". It is extremely well designed to provide sense of quietness and privacy, while being of a considerable size. We liked this part the most. The food is average and could use some improvement.

I was there to visit my parents when they were escorting a football team from Saudi Arabia to a training camp on a business trip. I loved the highly efficient staff. Whatever the team requested, my parents as team managers or I as a host, was treated promptly and with high professionalism. What’s also very positive is that the hotel manager was always available and present. I rarely encountered this. The staff of the restaurant was always friendly and very helpful and satisfied. The staff at the bar was attentive and quick to serve. The food from the staff was very good and the food at the main restaurant was very diverse. The buffet was always clean and always refurbished without any waiting times.
I had a top room with a very nice modern bathroom.
Football courts and a gym are perfect for any training camp. This was my second time there in 6 years and the quality just stayed the same
. It is or has improved

We really liked the pools, especially because the water is very warm and you can stay in as long as you like without getting cold. Also the pool area and toilette are very clean which is a plus. But we were disappointed about cleanliness of the apartment because it was cleaned only superficially (e.g. dusty radiators, dirt on shower floor, on the edge of the sink, around the faucet,..).

.. Thermal spa good as a whole package
Healing water perfect, great outdoor area
Great swimming pool with international competition criteria, hardly frequented, since extra paid sauna area -- a must
Good cuisine, buffets to enjoy
Rooms & hotel renovated, despite Hofer Tourismus .. you feel comfortable
Friendly staff members
Could have everything bigger & more luxury if who believes ..
Price performance fits and you wonder how that is done .

+ Good rooms, bathroom, cleanliness, good food (but no vegan options), nice, clean swimming pools, kind staff.

- some negligence in outside swimming pool area – deserted bar, strange order in parking lot, bad knowledge of foreign languages /«andere müll« (no possibility of waste separation), »informations« …). Bad organised work in self service restaurant at the swimming pool. At hotel rooms – guest have to dry towels nad swimming suits at the windows, there is no towel hangers, but it's enough place for that. Some guests »reserve« best places (occupy sun loungers by putting towels on), what is not allowed, but staff don't do anything about it, what is not fair to other guests. Hotel don't answer on e-mails(last year I've sent them some suggestions). Corona measures (nothing on website about it) – no »black thermal water« (high risk of virus transfer in natural water) and no water gymnastics, what is not logical, and other spa kept it.

Spent a few nights at Terme Vivat and it was everything we hoped for. The room was big and comfortable, the bed was perfect. The room comes equipped with a mini fridge.
The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. The food was amazing, very large selection for breakfast and dinner. My partner is allergic to lactose and it wasn't a problem when she asked for something dairy free. They also offer local food, which is a nice touch.
The pools are just big and warm enough. There's enough space and it doesn't get too crowded. We also tried the stress free massage and both masseuses were extremely professional.
There's also lots to see in the surrounding area, and you can rent a bike and go exploring.
Very enjoyable stay in general.

Carpet dirty and stained, far too few staff, although they tried very hard (hence 2 stars, not one) - but completely overwhelmed. Bar: Caipirinha: was very pleased - but the waitress didn't know anything about it! - we showed her the menu - she disappeared and came back with a concoction that was undrinkable: white sugar, MINT, 1/4l soda, no ice, 2 pieces of lime...

We came early in the morning and left after two hours, because it was disgusting.
Majority of thermal pool users were elderly people. Not a single one of them showered before entering pools. Ladies with make up and gents with deodorants...... And noone is checking that.

First impression after arrival:
In the "fountain" in front of the hotel, the fish in this toilet are vegetating full of garbage....
Second impression after check in....
The condition of the toilet in the freshly cleaned room was an imposition.... (Probably not the remains of the last inhabitants...) in the beds, even after the "room cleaning" foreign hair and dirt.... In the shower the dirt was unchanged for 4 days, despite daily cleaning. Thermal water cooler than in recent years.... All in all, the last few years have gotten worse and worse. Hygienic conditions did not meet our expectations... We won't be coming anymore...

Staff are mostly very friendly.

the service on the hotel terrace is terrible. It took 25 minutes to order. it took another 10 minutes for the drinks to be served. the iced coffee ordered was without ice cream. when a complaint was made, the attitude of the staff was arrogant. they don't see me in this bar anymore

Hello , I recomend the airport of GRAZ ( austria ) or ZAGREB ( croatia ) or maybe LJUBLJANA ( slovenia ) . From Graz airport is the best way you to take rent-a-car and its about 1 to 1:30 hour driving time . You can check for individual car transfer from airport at website : goopti. com I think hotel dont provide you shutle transfer .
