We had a great relaxing time. The staff made us feel very welcome, and the site is just beautiful if a little remote. But that's exactly why we went there. The food was one of the highlights, Jennifer made sure, we tasted the great palette of Jamaican food.

Strawberry fields is arguably the best beach in jamaica ,situated between Port Maria and Annotto Bay. If you don't know your way ,try taking it from St.Mary side headed through junction and coming around the round-about instead of taking it to Portland side you would take it to the left , headed in Port Maria/Ocho Rios direction, you will come over...

I visited September 25th and I was totally pleased. The waters were crystal clear, I could see fishes without putting my head in the water. I ordered steam fish, the staff was very friendly and professional, food was very well presented and tasted really good. Didn't stay over but I've seen the rooms, rustic, but clean - same for the...

Strawberry Fields Together was an amazing retreat in nature that proved incredibly restorative. It is in a very beautiful setting. Our room Moonlight Magic had a panoramic view of the ocean and lots of windows, making it feel like a treehouse. It seemed like the waves were crashing at our doorstep. To be in nature in such a full way,...

Visiting Strawberry Fields Together in Robin's Bay is a true escape to a natural setting and retreat. It fills every need I have when I am looking for a vacation in Jamaica ... natural seafront settings, peaceful atmosphere and delicious local, home style Jamaican food. If you are looking for an all inclusive with watered down drinks, overbearing hoteliers and...

My wife and I are regular visitors here, although we've only stayed overnight twice (one night on each occasion). The last time we stayed in the Love Nest, which is the nicest of the cottages. We absolutely loved the room. Spacious, clean, and airy. We even liked the outside shower, although, being locals, showering inside is just fine for us....

For me the high point, as always, is hearing the waves lashing the shoreline while on the porch relaxing with my eyes closed. My husband and kids enjoy swimming in the bay. The staff is extremely helpful and professional. Jen's cooking is to die for.We enjoyed fresh fruits from the property but would love to have fruit trees in clear...

This place is a nice rustic getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The beach is beautiful and the overall place is quite homely. The only problem we had were the numerous mosquitoes especially at nights. Really nice place.

Be sure to take get the meal plans as Jennifer and her staff are wonderful cooks. They will make Jamaican food to order which is tremendous. Although it is not requested be sure to bring some cash along to tip the staff as they do go above and beyond. They are deserving of their efforts. Outside of that pack, arrive...

Reading other reviews, it's horrible to complain about the "noise

from the sea & it's sound of water meeting the sand. If one is booking a trip to SFT, the web site & Kim will answer ALL questions. I spoke w/her many times before our vacation for EXACT descriptions, photos online from SFT grounds & all cottages. We were delighted to walk into our cottage to see freshly cut flowers & the wonderful "sound' of the sea. If one complains of the loud sound of the sea, they MUST NOT BE folks accustomed to visit the sea. The sounds of the waves lulled us to sleep EVERY night as well as providing a sunrise from our bed, looking at the Caribbean Sea as well as ALL tropical mother nature. Don't be shy about the sound of the sea. Who on earth books a Jamaican vacation AT THE CARIBBEAN SEA. Did one not expect it? My gosh, there were "ocean front" cottages. What did one think. A/C & closed up doors & windows? This is the most wonderful cultural Estate that I hope will not be "taken" for resorts. Ev & Kim are do not like to think on this & plan on keeping this Oasis away from commercial. I STILL CAN'T BELIEVE ONE POSTED A REVIEW CLAIMING ABOUT THE SOUND OF THE SEA! If you want an "ocean front room by the Caribbean Sea" this is your place. Away from concrete jungles of Resorts, throngs of tourists & away from the metropolitan areas filled w/traffic, late night sounds from a club & running into happy inebriated folks. No pool filled w/wild kids (although I love small amounts of children & their giggles of sheer delight. If one wants a "truly" culturally experience, Strawberry Fields Together.
