Nice to stay few nights here, which is super well located in Niseko - Hirafu, with direct access to the family slope and 2-seater base chairlift. 10mn walk from Welcome Center where bus would drop you. Hotel is a bit oldish but well maintained. Standard Japanese room is small and would be very tight for 4 persons! 2 is ok,...

The hotel has friendly staff, nice Onsen, and good Location. We always feel home. The hotel is improving every year we visit. Highly recommend. Breakfast Buffet is a best in Niseko. Suggest to try Omelette.

So I was excited to stay after visiting the onsen on my last visit but this stay has been a real disappointed, we paid approx $3800 Aus dollar (approx 350000 yen) for 6 nights for a wester style room with a private hot pool. Now we were aware there was going to be a school group here and we're aware...

Lots of choices in Niseko since there are 3 main areas, grand hirafu, annupuri and hanazono. Decided with hirafu since it was our first time there. Book early if you want choices especially during the peak ski period! Decided with Niseko Prince after reading reviews of its location, and definitely agreed that it's strategically located. It's just a 5min walk...

I did not stay here but I visited the Onsen. I visited around 4:30 -5:30. It was great as there were only a couple of people in the pools. There are 3 pools and I had them to myself. The pool in the covered atrium outside overlooks the Ace family Run. You can see the lift and skiers but they...

Old fashion 70's style hotel but great rooms with private onsen and traditional Japanese style bedrooms. Breakfast is amazing with good selection of traditional and western style foods - windows over look the ski lift area. Hotel has its own ski door seconds from the ski lift

We stayed in semi-double room which is a bit small, just fit Asian couples like us concerning the budget. This is a ski-in and out hotel to the Hirafu Family course. To access the ski locker room, you have to go through a path with roof outside the main building but just a min walk. The public onsen is spacious...

Our experience at this hotel was good. Only downer is that the room was on the squishy side. we didn't mind the tatami style room, just didn't have enough room for 4 people's luggage. i guess it's not too bad if it was a family group. we all loved the private onsen! buffet breakfast was yummy - a combination of...

Lived in a Japanese room with private onsen for 4 nights. Really enjoy the private onsen. It's one of the best I have ever tried. Their public onsen is very good too. Location is also perfect. Very very close to the Ace family lift. Ski in/out hotel. But the problem is the Ace family lift is too crowded during Chinese...

Was a bit of a splurge as we got the room with a private onsen.. Room was traditional style but with Western beds. Loved the convenience of being on the slopes, and the huge buffet breakfast in the morning. Rooms were spotlessly cleaned every day, with a selection of kimonos and Japanese style PJs provided. Would highly recommended this place.
