We were in Niseko for 6 days over the Christmas holidays. This trip and this stay at the Vale was almost a year in the making, starting with my attempts to book a room online on their website in April. Bookings open in April every year for the winter season. It was like a race to get my reservations in...

We had a nice stay at the Vale, but to be honest it wasn't the premium-standard accommodation we expected. First, some positives (of which there are many): Location is excellent - first rate. Concierges were terrific, staff were generally very friendly but some lacking in professionalism (see below). Onsen is nice and heated pool a treat. The room is well...

We spent 8 nights at The Vale and I must say that we found the hotel bellow our expectations considering how much we paid for it. Pros: - good location - good rooms - concierge staff - friendly drivers/porters read to take you around the village Cons; - we wait for 29 days to get an answer for our email...

We were in Niseko in December 2016 as a family of 2 (older) adults and an 8 year old child. We aren't experienced skiers and this was our first time to Niseko. I had made some bookings at a hotel for the trip when a family friend told me about the Vale and spoke in glowing terms of the property...

Loved staying at this place. The staff were awesome, friendly and really helpful. It's only a few steps away from the lift and ticket office. The facilities are really good and the onsen /pool was a great way to unwind after skiing. I thoroughly recommend staying there.

Spent 4 nights here in the Vale Niseko and extremely enjoyed the experience. I'm not much of a ski person so I'm not going to comment much on the ski experience (Since I only went 1.5 days out of the 4/5 days I was there). I was with my family and had a room with 2 bedrooms and a huge...

A group of us stayed at the Vale in the Autumn season and were hesitant to try the restaurant because of the Y3500 (Equivalent of $40.00AUD) advertisement displayed. To our delight, we found ourselves at the Happy Hour (20% off) and stayed on for the delightful 4 course dinner: Soup; pickles, Entree, Beef BBQ'd with fresh veggies of the district...

We stayed here for 6 nights in August with 2 small children. Our 2 bedroom apt had an additional tatami room with futons.
