We very much enjoyed our stay at Yama Shizen in March. After our first 7 nights were up we extended our booking by a further 4 nights. We were able to stay in the same room. The studio room is nice and spacious. Access to a shared washing machine is a huge bonus. We didn't have any neighbors during our...

Six of us (three couples) stayed at the Yama Shizen for six nights. We had a 3-bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment, which appeared to be a studio and a 2 bedroom apartment with the inter-connecting doors unlocked. The complex is relatively new and the apartment was sufficiently spacious - the six adults didn't feel cramped at all. The 2 bedroom...

Stayed in Yama Shizen for 10 days in April 2017. Snow on the slopes was disappointing but not the accommodation. Clean, comfortable and staff (front desk and cleaning) were all fantastic - always eager to assist. Apartment was spacious with laundry room - an essential especially when travelling with kids. No english TV program to watch - play board games...

We stayed in a 2 bedroom appartment where we fitted in easily with our 6 member family, extra beds on the floor for the little ones were no problem. Super location to the gondola in Niseko. Appartment is very nice, good living area, great views on the mountains. It also comes very well equipped, has everything in the kitchen, all...

Yamashizen West is brilliant. The apartment was excellent; very comfortable with everything we needed - great kitchen, living area, bathrooms, laundry etc ; spotlessly clean when we arrived and well serviced throughout the week.
