Like some of the other reviewers we have read, we were bought this break with a gift voucher. Got to be honest it's not the style of hotel we usually go for, however we really enjoyed our short break . We stayed the weekend of the Grand National just up the road at Aintree and I think my wife and...

We had booked this Hotel with a Buyagift voucher, so did not expect a 5 Star experience, but we were not informed that building/upgrading works were in progress. The Hotel is very tired and will obviously benefit from major improvements. The room we were allocated was freezing when the rest of the Hotel was perhaps too warm. After complaining and...

My partner was bought a voucher for a two night stay, and after lots of searching we decided to choose the Brook Meadow Hotel and what a lovely place to stay it was. The receptionists were very welcoming and engaging. It's not a modern hotel but it's as expected of an old building, making it modernised would ruin the buildings...

Myself and my husband to be are getting married here in September, and like any other crazy bride I am wanting everything to be just perfect. So with that comes checking trip advisor and seeing what people think when they have gone to stay at Brook Meadow. A common thing in most reviews is the fact that the building is...

We booked two nights at this lovely 157 year old mansion and were very pleased with the service. It is in a quiet lane and we heard no traffic noise the whole time we were there. Our room was spacious and beautifully furnished with lovely carved antique furniture. The bath was a spa bath but unfortunately we couldn’t get the...

We stayed here a week ago and enjoyed it very much. We were celebrating our anniversary and a birthday. As others have said , the hotel is under going much needed refurbishment. Our suite was large with a separate sitting room.and a lovely view of the gardens. The decor & tv is very old fashioned. One of the sockets was hanging...

Stayed on a 2 night voucher which had been given as a gift. We were upgraded to the Marlborough Suite on arrival as it was my birthday. Room had four poster bed which was very comfortable. Rooms are tired and will benefit from the planned renovation. Spa bath was lovely but water pressure meant it took forever to run the...
