This is my favourite hunter valley hotel to stay at. I'm a big fan of the quality crowne plaza offers and love collecting points. This property has everything you need for couples, business or families. The pool is huge, the golf course is great, restaurants are lovely. The rooms are spacious, clean, modern and well equipped and each room I've...

We stayed in a three bedroom villa for only one night. The villa was expensive, but well laid out and roomy. The disappointment was that the shower downstairs was broken and only had a trickle, also kept going from cold to hot water. Secondly a couple of lights were not working and the alarm clock we needed to use didn't...

Had been about 5 years since we last stayed at Crowne Plaza. We were just as happy as we were last time. Friendly and efficient staff, comfortable hotel rooms with a modern feel and excellent buffet breakfasts. The only issue we experienced was when we first entered our hotel room upon checking in, the toilet was running (it needed to...

My wife and booked online after what appeared to be a really nice place to stay in the Hunter Valley. On arrival, we were a little surprised to see it is a golf resort with townhouses located throughout the property. Wasn't really what we were expecting. So, the tv didn't work. We went to reception (5 minute walk away from...

We probably should have had a nice stay at the Crowne Hunter Valley. The rooms are quite nice, it's clean and the breakfast is good but we were repeatedly inconvenienced throughout our stay and that was very annoying. On arrival they gave us a ground floor King when I requested an upper level room. This is because the sliding doors...

My husband and then 2 year old stayed at the Crowne and loved the hotel facilities. When we ventured downstairs from the reception/off the breakfast venue, we found a games room (video games mainly) The facilities are clean at reception and inside our room and the staff were friendly. We were impressed with the service from the younger staff. The...
