Do not stay at this Hotel, all is not as it is advertised! 1.The swimming pool is full of dirt and not water, also it is in the shade! You will notice there are no photos of it on any website (I have attached one!) Because it is not in use! 2. There is no jacuzzi as advertised, it just isn't there! 3. There is no air hockey table as advertised, it just isn't there! 4. The hotel is dark, very dated, dirty & cold! 5. The food is very poor, big portions of tasteless food. 6. The owner, what can I say? Rude, bossy! Made my 9 year old cry by shouting at him because he was playing with dog! She chooses when she can speak English (my Spanish is very good btw) and when to ignore you! The only positives about this hotel are the views, when you can open the very old delapadated doors! It seems perfect as a quiet stop on the way to other mountanous places but please do yourself a favour and give it a miss and save your money as this is the only thing the owner is interested in. The photos make the place look like an alpine lodge but believe me it is a million miles from being one! A total rip off!!!

The hotel is perfect located if you have a car and want to go ski. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. BUT the hygiene in the restaurant is really bad. The glasses, forks, knives are dirty and especially the breakfast is bad. The bread is hard and the eggs and bacon etc are ice-cold. So I hope they will improve that. The dinner was nice.

This 2 star family run hotel may only be 2 star in facilites but wow is it 5 star for views and for friendliness and attention of the staff. Also the typical food served on the terrace is wonderful. I asked if they had prawns on the menu but the answer was no. Next day however there were prawns! We hope we’ll be back at the end of the year.

I’ve stayed here several times over the years and I can’t fault the quality of the service..the staff are very enthusiastic and helpful, although you do need to speak some Spanish, the restaurant serves tasty, wholesome country fayre, the breakfasts are plentiful and there’s lots of piping hot water. Unfortunately the rooms are in need of investment and refurbishment....it was ok for the one night I stayed recently, but without some work on the accommodations I would be hard pushed to consider staying here for any longer.

Seemingly being allowed to fall into a general state of disrepair where shower fittings are missing, door key cards don’t work and the scrum for breakfast as a coach load of senior school childeren arrive is something to avoid!

What can I say - been staying at this hotel for a few years now in the winter months for a spot of skiing but haven’t been here for a couple of years.... Is been take over by a new company - there was nothing to asset strip but they’ve certainly not added anything at all. 12 Tripp’s to the room to get the electronic door key to work over three days only to be told “ all rooms are like this but it’s €2,000 to change all the locks😩 I won’t be returning and don’t suggest you venture there either!

The hotel staff are friendly and welcoming and the public areas are clean and comfortable. There is a lift so having a room on the first floor (second level) was not a problem. There is plenty of free parking under some shade, which helped on very hot days in August. The breakfast buffet is very good and excellent value when included with the low cost of rooms. The dinner menu looks good but doesn't quite come up to scratch as lots of items were not avaiable (including all the lamb dishes), and they don't look like the pictures in the menu! However, the food was pretty good and the local red wine in particular was excellent and very cheap. The down side is that the bedrooms don't have either air-conditioing or ceiling fans. This meant that the room was very hot at night and leaving the balcony door and window open meant we had a steady influx of flies. The swimming pool is a disaster! It was filthy for all of our 5 day stay, withi no cleaning done during that time. There are no proper steps into the pool and there are two unseparate areas, one being very shallow and the other very deep - there is no gradual slope. With no protection for children, this pool obviously doesn't meet Spanish or EU laws concerning safety and should be seriously upgraded. The safe in our room sometimes opened and sometimes didn't! Another thing that needs upgrading.

About the pool, as you can see in our website and other sites where we are, we never announce it for some of the aspects you have mentioned so we have never been advertised as a hotel with pool. We booked this hotel on the recommendation of some friends as we needed a convenient destination close to ski resort. The hotel was quiet with comfortable rooms and very friendly staff. The breakfast was more than adequate and evening meals were good . We would recommend staying bed and breakfast and choosing evening meals rather than staying half board w here choices are more limited
