I booked one night in this hotel via booking.com as we needed only one night before heading to canyon. Not only I was not happy with the room, I knew it was going to be basic - but it was dirty - hair everywhere, in the sink, floor, ON THE TOWEL! And also by the bed side shelf - needles...

One would think dog friendly would be a given in a city called Chihuahua, but it's very difficult. There are others but this is the least expensive and he most modern one I've found. This was my third stay and the staff is always very friendly and the rooms are always nice. 200 peso charge for the dog (US$10), but...

A clean and simple hotel. Rooms are small but if you're looking for a place to stay a couple of nights is comfortable, clean and good located. You can walk to downtown if you enjoy walking (around 15-20 minutes walk). Impulse go back to the hotel if I plan another couples of days in Chihuahua.

On the plus side, we had hot water and a clean comfortable bed. However, the water pressure was not even enough for me to be able to adequately rinse my hair. And I would have preferred a sheet rather than the duvet type sheet enclosing a comforter. Luckily the air conditioner was excellent so we didn't burn up at night....

Modern, comfortable hotel that looks oriented to the business traveler. Accepts credit cards. Very professional staff. Complimentary computer terminals. Good wifi. Excellent breakfast buffet which is not included but is cheap. Located right next to an Oxxo, a Scotiabank, and a plaza that has some restaurants. Walking distance to all the sights. No inexpensive lavanderias close by. Rooms are small...

The service in this Ibis is completely lacking in training, the staff show no interest at all. The menu is completely Mexican where there should be some international dishes on the menu as well. Not worth stopping at.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights in February. I was traveling with extended family on the Chepe. The hotel is centrally located with many conveniences and restaurants nearby. It is a newer hotel with comfortable and quiet rooms and the over all design is well thought out. I would say the hotel's pictures provide an accurate description of...

Arriving late in the evening after a long journey on the railway from El Fuerte, quality local accommodation options appeared thin on the ground. In desperation we retreated to the safety of a chain hotel option, and ended up pleasantly surprised. Now, the rooms are small. One double bed, small writing bench, LCD TV on the wall, a slimline closet,...

“If you have the misfortune of being placed in this hole, get a specific 'NOISE PROOF' room. Bars are 100 yards in all directions away and you can hear the noise right on your room. Very ugly, unsafe neighbourhood.”
