After booking two rooms for 3 people, on arrival there was no one on reception. We had to dial a hand written number left on reception for the manager to come downstairs from one of the rooms to check us in A free we were shown to one room, we asked about the second to be told we hadn't booked...

We had a very cold night! We turned the heating unit off as we left to go out for the evening and, on arriving back at 1am, we tried to switch it back on again, but the unit didn’t respond. Clearly all heating is turned off centrally during the night. Despite thick nightwear, I woke up frozen at 2:30am. The...

My family and I stayed here Boxing Night due to overflow of guests at nearby family house. This is a basic sought of a place but it was warm comfortable and quiet. Its right by the railway station so good connections with town and a good range of facilities on teh door step as well, needed because there is no...

Very helpful staff, rooms not too big, but just the right size, if all you're looking for is somewhere nice, cosy and clean to stay. Breakfast is on hand in your room ie cake, fruit, water and a kettle for tea or coffee. Which doesn't really matter, as there's plenty of cafés and restaurants in the High Street. Not even...

The staff was never near the reception and were unreachable in any way, shower was awful, there was no fridge, the location was good but a little bit far from the centre of london. Not recommending!!!

Staff were first class. Really friendly and helpful. Hotel is in great location, very close to railway station shops and other facilities. Would highly recommend as excellent value for money and very convenient

Nice and clean room. Hotel is over a great restaurant so if you like Indian food, go there for dinner. Restaurants noises don't disturb at all- can't hear anything. Small continental breakfast is just a bun and fruits but in the area you can easily find good place to eat.

Staying For three night while working in Essex, Finding the Hotel was a bit difficult, driving up and down twice before spotting the sign on the pavement and another on the wall this was because the Hotel front covered with a restaurant named entirely than the hotel name, The room design i.e. furniture layout need immediate attention and re-location of...

My husband and I booked this hotel at the last minute . The room was very comfortable clean with good facilities ,incuded in the room was a bowl of fruit, good toiletries in the shower room plenty of towells . The receptionist recommended a restaurant which was good value and an excellent meal (indian restaurant underneath the hotel).

Not great, nice bed clean tidy. Broken toilet seat , no trace of a breakfast. Wanted early check in, but communication wasn't good. Staff on the reception nice. Parking around the back, but unsecured. Aircon in room worked and needed. Wouldn't stay again. Because I think it was overpriced for the quality.

Thank Scott O
