This hotel is just perfect in every way if you're looking for a relaxing beach holiday. The hotel has a "colonial " feel about it which sets it apart from the modern high rise hotels. There is a sun terrace at the front which leads onto a small beach and beautiful clear sea. Excellent for swimming. The hotel is on...

We have been staying at the Sis Pins for many years. It is a quaint old fashioned family hotel, the like of which are rapidly disappearing. We are therefore somewhat concerned that the hotel's character will be changed by the insidious encroachment of the Cappuccino organisation, which handles all of the Sis Pins catering, except breakfast, and has it's tables...

Have known the sis pins for over 20 years but this week is the first time we have stayed there. Great hotel, great staff, great breakfasts. The rooms were spotless, they had maid service every day. The bathrooms were big and spotlessly clean. We had a room at the back overlooking the mountains that got the sun in late afternoon...

Thank you for such a great review it sounds like you had a fantastic holiday. Your kind feedback will be passed on to the staff. We hope to welcome you back next year but please remember to book in advance as the summer months are extremely busy. We are however open all year round if you fancy an out of...

This hotel is absolutely spotless, the decor is traditional and elegant. It was ideally located at the start of the Pine Walk and had a great sun terrace right on the beach. The atmosphere was very relaxed. There were lots of older clients and I wouldn't consider it suited to large groups of children or those who like to run...

The room, to the rear of the building, was very pleasant and kept scrupulously clean. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Puerto Polensa is such a quiet and peaceful resort you are assured a good night's sleep every night. Breakfasts are very pleasant and well presented with a cold buffet and hot meals served to your table. It is...

This is a small piece of old Mallorca. The hotel was built 50 years ago and has photos of when it was almost the only one on the coast. It sits right on the beach and has its own private sunbathing area on it. The rooms are well equipped but still have the air of an older establishment. I had...

We stayed at this hotel recently and we cannot fault the hotel itself. It's location is superb, the room was comfortable and kept spotlessly clean throughout our stay. The staff are wonderful, so welcoming and consistently helpful and friendly. Breakfast on the terrace is a delight with lovely staff who work so hard to make the start to your day...

Thank you for your review and I am very pleased you couldn’t fault our hotel, we do try very hard to make our guests enjoy their stay. I am however very sorry that you experienced some problems with the noise from the Cappuccino bar area. I am not sure if you spoke to anyone about it at the time of...

Stayed for a week in July - room 203 for me and wife, and room 226 for 2 daughters aged 19 and 21. Nice staff, excellent breakfasts, private beach terrace, good AC and very clean...although I think we'd only return for a Sea-View room - which look excellent.

Dear Englishmom Thanks for visiting the Hotel and taking time to leave a review, i'm glad you enjoyed your stay with us. Our Sea-View rooms are very popular due to the stunning views over the bay so it would be a great choice. We do hope you return to the hotel, I would love to know what would help us...
