A friend and I shared a two-roomed chalet in a converted outbuilding. It was clean and comfortable, although a little basic. But the star of the show is the friendly host and the fabulous breakfast and dinner he provides: generous portions of locally produced food. On their own, I would give these five stars. Meals are taken in an old... More

My Father and I stayed here in October and we loved it! I was keen to see the Randazzo area as that is where my Family is from and I believe this was the best way to see it. Being located on a working farm is an amazing experience and the views of Etna and the surrounding countryside are truly... More

When we arrived at 1 pm the owner was busy serving food to diners on the terrace and we were served a bottle of wine on the house to make our wait as comfortable as possible. That is what I call HOSPITALITY. The setting is very rural, with the rooms all in outbuildings, 2 or 3 rooms per building. We... More

We stayed at Borgo San Nicolai for 3 nights. I must stay that the area is very peaceful. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Check-in was a very smooth process and the owners were aware of our arrival. The agriturismo offers various facilities that I'm sure would be enjoyable by couples and families, such as horse riding and a... More

Such a nice warm experience for a short break at this Agri tourismo . Good food, very very friendly owners where they go out of their way to help you out. You can go horse riding as well and if you love animals, this is the place to be.

We visited the Borgo San Nicolao with friends and were pleasantly surprised with the beautiful breathtaking views and the tranquillity of the area. We actually went there with our motorhome and stayed close to our friends who had rented one of the cottages in this Agriturismo. We had good meals and enjoyed our stay. The staff is really very friendly... More

Pity. The family is nice and the food and location is good BUT I wouldn't recommend this agroturismo. The combination of poor value for money ( expensive for the standard offered), lack of cleanliness and indifference to that plus lack of thinking about comfort ( beds, chairs, bathroom) just made me feel Irritated at a wasted opportunity. Could have been... More

This is a great way to experience the northern slopes of Etna The rooms are clean and warm which is not always a given in agriturisms. The rest of the property is beautiful and the place where you eat is a converted chapel. The food was very good and abundant. The owner couldn't have been nicer.

The Place is very nice, very peaceful and relaxing. Surrounded by panoramic views of mountains and vineyards. The rooms are very cosy and comfortable. Food is very good, everything local and fresh. We ate there every evening and always very satisfied with the food and service. Children loved the animals, there's also a small farm and a good playarea for... More

Just to be clear we did not stay here but had a sumptuous lunch. Came upon the place through local references. We were very well received and ate on their shady patio. The food was superb. Home cooking all the way with about a dozen antipasto plates followed by two types of pasta. Then we were served the meats. Very... More
