Stayed for one night on a DBB package with my husband. Arrived around 4 in the afternoon, Lovely welcome from Matthew on reception along with another young man (sorry we didn't get your name). Reception very noisy with young children shouting and running up and down the corridor from the wedding which was being held in a suite at the...

Myself and my husband recently spent a night at Leasowe Castle but in our opinion it didn't quite live up to expectation. One thing I will say for this hotel is that their staff are all friendly, welcoming and very accommodating. I could not fault the staff and they deserve to be recognised for the great job that they do....

My sister and I took our elderly mother for a 3 day break. The food was excellent, lovely rooms and a quiet location. What makes this hotel really stand out though were the staff. They were so friendly, helpful and efficient, nothing was too much trouble. My sister worked for 35 years for a large company and has stayed in...

Had two nights DBB to celebrate anniversary and wasn't disappointed. Staff were great, friendly and down to earth. Room refurbished last year but impression was they'd not finished yet, though only real let down was lack of towel rail in bathroom. Restaurant more like a cafe bar so not particularly romantic but the food we had was excellent. Ample for...
