Myself and my wife dined here last night and had a fab time with lovely food , and brilliant service from the head waiter and his staff. They were very attentive and informative offering us a good selection of menu and specials. Try the pork tenderloins, lots of great taste and flavours, well done all, and we will definitely be...

Good choice of food with something for every taste. Service was friendly, prompt and made me feel at home. Sunday Lunch was very tasty with a warm plate and hot food. Looking forward to our return soon. Plenty of parking spaces and the outside looked inviting for summer.

Tasty and plentiful roast albeit the veg seemed a bit stewed and like they'd been kept warm. Staff were however extremely attentive and pleasant and it's a lovely traditional pub so would recommend if visiting the Swansea Valley/Brecon border area. Asked for a little more gravy which was brought straight away albeit the cauliflower cheese which we were asked if...

recently visited, it was a Monday so always can be a little dodgy with not having same chefs working. Starters were excellent, steak with good even if a little rarer than ordered. Unsure with our Server Octavio was the owner or just a waiter but this chap was charming and made us feel at home, he could not do enough...

Wine menu provides no comfort with all wines being mediocre plonk, not a grand reserva included. So disappointing considering this was previously such a good restaurant. Now even 'pub grub' would...

I like the traditional interior of this pub - with looks of interesting things to look at. Plenty of choice on the menu. We called in early on a Tuesday evening so very quiet. We had 2 x starters, main meal and dessert and a couple of soft drinks each for a total of £58. The steak is reasonably priced...

My partner and myself called in on the off chance of having Sunday lunch. We didn't book but we were told by a very polite barman that there was a 20 minute wait, The food and service was excellent. The staff were very attentive, helpful and courteous without being intrusive. We will definitely call again in the near future.Well recommended!
