As mentioned by previous reviewers, the landlady called Jeanette was very welcoming and made you feel that nothing was a hassle. I was supposed be at a specified location for 1pm the following day, Jeanette said it was no problem for me to stay until 12:30 which I thought was very generous of her. The price of £33 for the... Always felt that I owed Jeannette a good review as i promised before leaving.Probably one of the best landladies in UK i've encountered. Just ask her ANYTHING and she'll answer you more than EVERYTHING. We are quite desperately in need of cash on the night and she pointed us to a M&S which opens 24/7, which is some 25 mins... More

The room is pretty comfortable, great place to stay. There are few places such as air museum and church to visit. Most importantly the owner is pretty friendly and helpful. I accidentally left my cardigan at the place, the owner came out and look for me in order to return me.

The room was a nice size with a desk, and very affordable. The shower was a little underpowerful but not too unmanageable. The woman who runs the place was so friendly and welcoming and made our stay all the better :)

If you want to simply get a clean room, comfy bed and no frills, this is fine. It was warm on one of the coldest nights of the year and the landlady is friendly. No nonsense and if a Travelodge is not available, this would be fine.

I booked this whilst attending a gaming expo at the Ricoh Arena as it was only a shortish drive and was super cheap. We stayed for two nights, the room was clean, the facilities where standard, the beds where okay. Great place to stop if you just need to get your head down. The free-wifi (which was needed as we... On the main Baginton Road opposite the post office. When I stayed at the hotel I was lucky to get a parking space and others had to park on the main road or double park and block others in. Room was fine although it was right by the entrance and you could hear every conversation as guests left or checked... More

Cracking little guest house with consistency. Would recommend this before any other in the area. Jeanette is 1st class and is the driving force that makes you want to return. 5***** cleanliness and friendliness makes it a home from home. Good pub a 5 min walk when you turn right or the Famous DC6 Diner at the airport if you... More

Basic room but adequate. The pictures suggest a large car park but half is adjoining property and fenced of with building work being carried out. Room noisy from noise in corridor and adjoining rooms with people leaving at 7 am on a sunday
