We recently stayed at The Mustard Tree with our 6 year old daughter. It was really lovely from the minute we arrived. Anne REALLY looked after us, I felt she treated us as if we were her family. I noticed her care and attention to every guest was excellent. The breakfast every morning was amazing, one morning we were offered...

We had a fantastic week at The Mustard Tree. Anne is a perfect hostess and will give you lots of handy advice, and places to go off the beaten track. The room was superb, and it was a great idea to have a fridge for the daily fresh milk. Ample wardrobe space and good large shower (Room 1) We did...

We have just returned from a break of 5 nights away, 2 of which were here. We were visiting the area for a wedding and the majority of the wedding party stayed here before the wedding. Anne is a lovely owner, very friendly and welcoming and offers lots of tips and advice on the area. Both of our rooms were...

I stayed in the Mustard Tree in June and it was a great base for St Ives. Anne is a fantastic host, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely. Only negative is the single room is not ensuite and is incredibly small for the price you pay. Though the private bathroom is close, you're still visible to other guests and the...

Glad you enjoyed your stay but a little disappointed with the negatives. Our single room is advertised quite clearly as being a single room with a private shower room just along the hallway. We always make this doubly clear to guests when they book. All our other rooms are en-suite and single occupancy of en-suite double rooms are available (single...

Lovely hosts, very attentive and helpful, especially so as we had a baby with us. Clean room, lovely view over the sea, everything was very cozy. Location decent, only a short walk to the beach although the hill is a good work out. Very tasty breakfast. Bring a blackout blind if you are travelling with a baby or don't like...

Anne and John were the perfect hosts. Catering for my gluten free needs was excellent, with plenty of choices for me. Our room was clean, spacious with a gorgeous view of carbis bay. The breakfast was amazing, plenty of choice and filling.

We stayed two nights here in October 2015 and were charmed. It's about a 25 minute walk from the centre of town (and it"s a delightful walk along the cliffs and beaches) or about a 5 minute drive. The rooms are clean and roomy, the service is excellent, the hosts pleasant and helpful & the breakfast is excellent. This is...
