Thank you for your lovely comments. So glad you enjoyed your short stay with us, sorry we couldn't find the sunshine for you! Hope to see you again.
Anne and John were the perfect hosts. Catering for my gluten free needs was excellent, with plenty of choices for me. Our room was clean, spacious with a gorgeous view of carbis bay. The breakfast was amazing, plenty of choice and filling.

We stayed two nights here in October 2015 and were charmed. It's about a 25 minute walk from the centre of town (and it"s a delightful walk along the cliffs and beaches) or about a 5 minute drive. The rooms are clean and roomy, the...More

Is it far to walk to St Ives town centre from The Mustard Tree? What other transport available? How much is the hopper bus ride from hotel to town?

Hi. The walk from The Mustard Tree to St Ives is about 30 minutes. You can walk along the road but it is much more relaxing and pleasant to walk along the South West Coastal Path, which runs along the coast and is not too arduous at this point. It takes about 30 minutes either way. There is a good bus service running every 20 minutes or so, and hourly on the evening, this runs until midnight. There is also a short railway link along the coast into St Ives which runs hourly until about 21.30h. The train and bus fares are about £2 per person. Taxi fares are about £6 each way. I hope that is helpful. Please contact us directly if you have any further questions on 01736 795677. Best wishes Anne
