My son and I stayed at the hotel for three nights whilst attending the Spa Classic. We were booked in by the trip organisers Travel Destinations (a five-start outfit in our joint opinion.) Finding the hotel the first time was interesting: finding it in the dark on the Saturday was more so, what with Ardennes country roads, the dim lights...

A large group of Business Colleagues and I stayed for two nights in this Belgian Hotel, in an attractive part of the country; the hotel is set in a quiet rural area, but it seems that the Architect of the Hotel project chose to ignore the environs and instead designed a bizarre building full of strange angles and curves. However,...

The rooms where large but basic. The restaurant was very good. The location along the vennbahn is ideal as a stop fir bicicle trips. There was ample room to store our bikes inside the hotel. Nice patio!

The good parts : Professional reception, room is average with very thin walls (thankfully our neighbor didnt watch the TV for too long), food is good although a little expensive and the staff at the restaurant are very friendly. The bad parts : We had a couple massage for 1h at almost 100€ each which is not cheap but we...

The hotel is not that new but have everything you need. Enough space in the room, big bathroom. Surrounded by greens and itself has a large garden. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Ideal place to stay 1 night to explore ardenne.

The drive to the hotel in the Ardennes is wonderful and it is lovely green natural environment with this nice hotel on a spacious property. Here for a conference (and there was another group) and stayed two nights . Room are spacious but the rooms are in off shapes and corner and windy internal path to locate your room. In...

Very helpfull staaf, great surroundings in the woods, great breakfast and dinner though not cheap, family rooms ok, bathroom dated, clean enough. Pool ok, but not clean changing rooms. Many possibilities for activities within one or 2 hours drive.

The hotel is well located, in a beautiful park. The hotel itself has a weird shape and doesn't feel cozy. The rooms are rather small and don't have air conditioning nor freezer. Our room had the shower combined with the bath tub :-(. The quality of the restaurant was also disappointing and the drinks are excessively expensive. The wellness area...
