If you are traveling through Belgium or visiting the Ardennes, this is a superb place to stay. Rooms in the main building are nicer than the annex but are very well priced so difficult to complain. Wonderful wine cellar, bar and terrace in summer. The food is what you'd expect in Belgium, marvellous. Breakfast will set you up for the...

This is a wonderfully atmospheric hotel, with superb facilities. The restaurant serves an excellent dinner. My room was up in the roof, low ceiling and quirky but extremely comfortable and clean. Being 5' 4" the low ceiling didn't really bother me. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

What a fantastic hotel. Stayed here on the homeward leg of a European Driving Tour. Owners are very helpful and the accommodation is excellent. Unfortunately we stayed on a night when their restaurant was closed, but it gives a great excuse to return.

The hotel reception and dining room (we did not eat in on our one night stay) are very well presented. Our street view room looked ok and was adequate for the night but the foam mattresses were soft and old, the pillows were foam chip, small bath towels,no toiletries or drinks-making facilities. For the amount paid, I would expect these...

This is the best hotel to stay when you are in this area. It has a romantic part with various rooms and standard part, built in later years. No airco and the rooms near the street can be noisy. But overal, the room isn´t the best part, but the staff, the kitchen and the terrace are! Had to be there...

We spent one night at this hotel on our way down to Italy. Room was simply furnished but perfectly comfortable. Unfortunately there was no air conditioning and we had to sleep with the window closed as it was on the street. It was a very hot night so not pleasant. Shower had no screen so water went everywhere! The pool...

We stayed for 2 nights and booked a room with street view, did not have a good sight at all. Only small windows. There is no shower curtain, no tea or coffee making facility in the room. The toiletries was so minimal but they provide a bathrobe

After reading the reviews I was hoping for more. It was a nice, clean hotel. However, with no air conditioning a bit warm in the room when we had to close the windows due to rain. The beds were not comfortable for me -- too soft. Everything is looking like it is starting to show its age. We didn't get...

Firstly the room was about 30degrees. Secondly the hotel was rude. We came back after dinner and headed to walk through the vault to the room ( didn't know any other way as no one was bothered to show us ) only 6 steps for me to negotiate with a pram, 26 week pregnant wife and 2yr old. We were...

We stayed two nights weather was only 20 degrees but our room was more like 30. Main reason to stay in hotel is to have a good night sleep and this did not happen. Window very small So hence not much air also noisy if left open. Apart from that the hotel was set in beautiful gardens, free parking in the...
