Lovely accommodation with great breakfast. Quiet and peaceful at night. Spotlessly clean. We were very chilled out on departure! Dave was lovely although never met Wendy but her breakfast were delicious. Would recommend to anyone wishing a quiet break in Beer.

My wife and I stayed here for a couple of nights, and we both really enjoyed staying at Colebrooke. The room we had was exceptionally clean and the en suite shower room was immaculate. The owners were friendly without being over bearing and they cooked up a great breakfast. The full English will keep you going most of the day!!...

Our annual trip to Beer to celebrate a friends birthday was over subscribed this year & the group of 20 + friends were some what split up. I think we were the lucky ones to have found Colebrook House run by Dave & Wendy. (Dave's a real character) The room was spotless, bed combatable, shower a fair size for a...

Can't fault our stay although it was only one night the room was clean and tidy with a good shower and everything you would expect, WiFi, TV, kettle etc. Beer was lovely and food in the Dolphin was excellent.

Stayed here for 2 nights in March. Have to say that this was a really comfortable B and B. Rooms were very well equipped and nicely furnished. Little extras like biscuits with the free tea and coffe and free toiletries ! Breakfast was excellent and the hosts Wendy and Face ate lovely. Well worth staying would definitely recommend

Lovely house with very welcoming staff. Nice big room, very clean and could sea the sea from the window. Had to park a couple of streets away as no allocated parking. Lovely breakfast with good choice.

We arrived to a lovely welcome from our host Wendy, and was shown to our room, and I must say it didn't disappoint!.. The room was warm, cosy, bright and spacious. The bathroom very clean.. We booked a room overlooking the high street, and although busy at times, the double glazing provided enough protection as not to disturb our relaxation.....

Our room was cosy, spacious and complete with all of the necessary comforts. We were fortunate to have a room overlooking the quaint high street, which made for a lovely view of the surrounding hills. I’d also highlight that the guest house was immaculately clean throughout. The proprietors, Dave and Wendy, are wonderful hosts. They made us feel extremely welcome...

We did a last minute search for a couple of nights away and were lucky to find room at Colebrooke House. Booking was easy (via web). On arrival Dave provided a parking permit to cover our stay, very useful. The room was very much as expected/described. We had everything that we needed including toiletries, tea/coffee and biscuits. Location is great...

Another 3 night break at this wonderful b&b. We have stayed at all times of the year and it is perfect out of season too. This time we stayed mid October and the rooms are lovely and cosy, unlimited hot water, central heating and tea/coffee etc tray. The breakfasts are superb, the owners helpful and friendly and the cleanliness of...
