I booked a while ago for our anniversary and asked for a nice room.
It was freezing cold, cramped and dirty overlooking back yard and rubbish and bottle bank. Basic horrid smelly bathroom with no bath.

I was rudely accused of smoking in my room by the manager when I don't even smoke. The rooms are cold and dirty, the food barely palatable. I shall be instructing my company not to use this hotel again.

Hello traveler. We only ate at the crown, and certainly did not pay any charges for WiFi. If you pay for WiFi when you stay as a paying guest overnight, I can not say. Sorry I cannot be of further help. Happy travelling. X
