However, the Mantis & Moon is not exactly as relaxing and meditative as it is advertised. Sure, the location is stunning, but the...

We booked the place well ahead to have a place to stay for the night on our roadtrip from Durban to Cape Town. I guess for a certain type/character it is alright and the waves at the nearest beach are alright for learning to surf BUT: - do absolutely not stay in the "treehouse dorm" - this is just disgusting,...

I stayed 4 nights with a friend and it was at least 2 days too many. The first day we had breakfast of yogurt and cereal. It was plain but only 30 R so was...

My friends and I stayed this past weekend for 2 nights. We realise its a back packers....but surely someone could do a bit of cleaning, the place is really really dirty. Rooms were fine, very rustic-which we knew. Kitchen was vile. Outside couches were so dirty, we were worried we would get carried away by germs if we sat on...

As we pulled into Mantis & Moon a young blonde came running up the drive way towards our Hilux and shouted "CAN I HELP YOU!!"...

We stayed here for one night and it was an average backpackers. Staff was nice, the kitchen was ok. They do have a really nice pool and a jacuzzi. A bar where you can hang out. Baz bus stops here and you can park your car in a secured area. What I didn't like was the fact that it was...
