Andrea il proprietario è formidabile ti mette a tuo agio e la struttura confortevole, pulita, e stanze davvero curate nei minimi dettagli , bagni privati TV clima Wi-Fi , posizionata al centro di bagheria vicino a bar ristoranti e ospedale Rizzoli, consiglio vivamente.

Potrei scendere nella volgarità per definire l host, ma mi limito a narrare i fatti. Semplicemente il caro Andrea è un disonesto. Perche dico ciò? Semplicemente perche prende doppie e triple prenotazioni per la medesima camera nello stesso giorno. Avevamo prenotato con contatto telefonico due camere per 5 notti, non ha voluto acconto o altro assicurandoci la prenotazione ma senza togliere dai siti di booking la disponibilità, a tre giorni dalla partenza ci chiama per comunicarci che "per errore" aveva preso la prenotazione su booking e quindi non poteva darci più la camera, ma promettendoci di trovare una soluzione alternativa ( a proposito...dove c*** sei???) Per poi sparire. Semplicemente ha approfittato del fatto che a noi non doveva penali né altro e se ne è fregato per non pagare la penale a booking. Non ci si comporta così, a soggetti del genere andrebbe ritirata la licenza e permesso solo di lavorare senza nessun contatto con le persone. Disonesto e scorretto…
