We had a great 2 night stay and were greeted by hosts and enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was lovely and fresh. The room was spotless. We will definitely be back. The house is ideally situated within walking distance to pubs and restaurants

A lovely place to stay, with an easy walk to the centre of Corbridge, where there are some places to eat and drink! Facilities are excellent at the B and B, Breakfast amazing, with a huge choice of healthy options as well as the FULL English perfectly cooked by Peter. Ambiance in the dining room is amazing, as the walls...

We stayed here after hiking about 12 miles along Hadrian's Wall, and were very happy for the respite. First, the bad news (listed first because there was very little that isn't just great). The rooms were pretty small, probably 8 feet x 10 feet, with a very small bathroom that just had a toilet, shower, and sink. We had two...

We used Norgate B&B as a base for three nights during a visit to the area and would be surprised if there was anywhere better. The B&B is in a great location being only 10-15 minutes walk from the village centre and a number of eateries. Our room was large and scrupulously clean. Although it overlooked the road, double glazing...

Only gripe is the breakfast was porridge OR full breakfast - and I had gotten used to being offered and eating both during our Hadrians wall walk. I probably could...

Stayed here whilst walking Hadrians Wall. Got a taxi from Robin Hood Inn on trail and back again in morning for £11 each way. Norgate was very clean, lovely downstairs room. Great breakfast. Easy walk into Corbridge to sample a couple of pubs (we did 3 of the 5) and plenty of food choice.

Stay here - nice room, nice hosts, good directions/advise and the best selection of tea. We arrived late, but were treated to tea and great advice on hiking Hadrian's wall. Woke up to a fine English breakfast provided by charming hosts. We received excellent directions and helpful advice on our daily hike. Nice helpful friendly place. Definitely worth going back...
