Located near Koszalin palace can be a good place for a short break. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. It’s worth to choose a room with view on the beautiful garden. Single room with bathroom was small and simply furnished, but the bed was comfortable. The only inconvenience was the fact that in the room you could hear the sounds...

I had the devils time trying to write this because Trip wouldn't recognize the name. Finally got in the back door through sheer determination. Believe me the spelling of Polish with every third word a Z or some special sound such as the L with a slash through it explains why I love Polish Beer. Anyway this "palace" has to...

My wife and I came to this venue for some nice photos after we got married. We were so overwhelmed with the beauty of the place that we booked a room for the following night as a part of our unplanned honeymoon. No regrets either! This former German castle was used as the official residence of the general in charge...

Facilities are simple beautiful, they did a great job renovating this palace, you simple need to work hard to find a gap or a dirty tablecloth or bed-sheets…everything is in place. The fireplace in the living room downstairs is just perfect. I read the other reviews about customer service and I can understand some of them…I have been living in...

The hotel building is very impressive as is the interior, at least the public spaces. Sitting in front of the large fire place in comfortable arm chairs makes you feel like a noble man. But then there is this terrible service, not noble at all. Misunderstandings are common as almost no staff speaks english. But the worst thing is when...

We spent 2 nights at the Hotel Bursztynowy Palace on a bus tour of northern Poland. After reading all the poor reviews of this hotel on TripAdvisor, we were unsure of what to expect. We were therefore very pleasantly surprised to find a wonderful hotel of the grand old style. Our room was large and beautifully renovated and fitted out....

What a stunning setting. Beautiful winter room, comfortable lounge and fairly good food albeit served cold. Rooms are a bit old fashioned and certainly be careful where your room is located as our room looked over a roof (room 309) with no views at all. Room was old fashioned and tired however kept clean. Towels threadbare and meager amenities ....

Stayed there for a few days and although the palace itself and the scenery were really amazing, the whole experience was damaged by the poor customer service and the overall disorganised management. Beds are a bit of the soft side but the rooms are clean and spacious. Sauna, table tennis and a large pool table provided entertainment and the breakfast...

The Palace is absolutely beautiful but there were some short comings... The receptionst was really unfriendly and unhelpful and being the first point of contact this does not reflect well on the palace hotel. The rooms were beautiful styled and very clean. The beds werent the best but were ok. The breakfast lacked variety however the dinner was tasty. Being...

I was hoped to spend romantic weekend in Palace but iI was really disappointed. Can't say-palace looks nice itself but... standard room very small, with even smaller bathroom. Food not very good, breakfasts -basic. spa horrible, tiny, dirty, I wouldn't call it -spa!!!!!!I went to a massage, massage was nice but I couldn't relax because of noise coming from the...
