Stopped off here for one night on the way to the Black Forest, had a big room for a single person this time, well done Zur Post, it had a settee, coffee table, two chairs & a double bed, Plus this time it didn't matter that it was at the back of the hotel because it was quieter away from...

Stayed for 1 night and we had a room in the new wing of the hotel which is just across the road from the main building. The room was lovely and very clean, super bathroom with walk in shower. All this was some what spoiled by the breakfast which was at best very basic, and the indifferent attitude of all...

This hotel/guest house is located at the top of a hill from where the beautiful Chimsee lake is visible. The property is surrounded by lush green grass cover and the overall experience is truly beyond description! We faced 1 problem though, due to some electrical-maintenance the restaurant was closed (nothing really is close by). However we didn't face much of...

We were on our way to Munich and stopped here for the night. The room was nice with good views. There was traffic noise as it sits on the main road. There was no cover bike parking. The room was quite nice and comfortable. There was a restaurant in the hotel and the food was quite good with local German...

We had a very hard time finding this hotel (the GPS steered us wrong again and again), but upon finding it, we were thrilled. It's in a lovely little town, and is a slice of German hospitality with its welcoming rooms of wooden walls and ceilings, comfy beds and warm fluffy duvets, and an excellent restaurant/pub downstairs. We had one...

Let's be honest, this hotel was OK but that was about it. For the price we paid it was decent, clean and warm (on the first snowstorm of the season) but apart from that.....? It made us wonder how a hotel gets awarded its stars, as we saw a sign at the reception that they had 3 stars. The dinner...

Three of us stayed here for one night on e-route home from Austria. We were on our motorbikes. The hotel is very comfortable and despite being the centre for social life in the town, very quiet and peaceful. We did not have our evening meal in the hotel but breakfast was very good, lots of it and a good selection....

Situated in the centre of a nice little village. Very good starting point for the Oberschwäbische Barockstrasse and Bodensee. Ample parking space. The hotel has a restaurant and an inviting "Biergarten". We had the impression that it was the social centre of the village. However without disturbance for the guests. A bit casual atmosphere but clean rooms and friendly and...
