I was travelling to Sibu for work and manage to checked in to Win Hotel for few days. After for so many months stop traveling on business trip due to COVID, i finally able to checked in here. The hotel is disinfected every day. The lobby is small but with modern look with waiting area and some sofa provided. Receptionist was quite friendly except when i told them i will be check in later than my actual date, without really taking note of my booking number, they insist that i can’t check in the next day. Had to make a second call to clarify and highlight on my booking number.

The room itself is clean, not smelly or carpet smell, with it’s door security is by card accessed. Toilet is clean too with special design on the bathroom glass door. There is no door for the toilet, but you can swing wide the bathroom glass door and become your toilet door.

Aircond is cold too. Not a centralised aircond, but a split unit in individual room. Don’t expect much on the tv channels or programs, neither a smart TV. Bed, pillow and comforter is quite new considering this is a new hotel. And it is comfy. I enjoy my stay here and i like the open space design on the hallway or middle of this building. That is why i am attracted to this hotel.

Overall, for hotel evaluations i consider this is a very cheap for a 3 stars hotel. Worth of staying both for family trip or business trip. I would stay here again for my next trip to sibu.

Hi! So this is actually the second time of me staying here with my family. The first was not really that satisfying as this hotel was still new. This second time staying here, at first we didn’t want to due to what we experienced the first time but we did not know any other places to stay which is hygienic. So, we gave this onea second try! My mom booked a family suite (1 king bed and 1 single bed) andddd surprisingly, the room was MORE THAN OKAY. It’s spacious, beautiful and very clean as well. The toilet is well maintained too, eventhough it might be a bit smaller than the toilets of other hotels that you might’ve stayed. Overall, recommended 💯 as the price is quite affordable too!

This is my 3rd stay at this hotel, the location is so good with cafes, kopitiam, bistros surrounding it. The hotel looks quite new to me, the room is so spacious the beddings are comfort, the bathroom looks modern too. On the whole is very clean. The Deluxe room comes with mini fridge and bed settee. Parking is free but peak time is full n you need park a little distance away.

Was given a room but when checked into the room, we discovered the roofing was moldly and immediately requested for a change of room as it is health hazard to the dwellers. At first we were told the hotel was fully booked but we insisted on changing as long as there is a room. At last, was given a similar room but was charged at Rm12++ more. That is the reason i gave a star on rating as i think if there is an issue on the room, the hotel management should just change the room without making a fuse on the customer.

Recently i went to Sibu and choose Win Hotel for the first time. I booked King Deluxe room. The room was so big even i can run in the room. It was more than i expected. The room is clean as well. The price for the room is very reasonable. Good choice if you want to take a sceneray photo and for morning walk or. You also can walk at the waterfront near the hotel.
Overall stay was comfortable because this hotel was new

Stayed 4 nights at Family Room at this hotel and was kinda welcome with an awesome layout of the not only spacious room but came with 3 towels, 6 drinking water and coffee/tea facilities plus a family sitting area. Bathroom and room were clean and room cleaning was carried out within the morning on daily basis. Pleasant hospitality from the front desk and the surrounding quiet vicinity offers good walking and jogging area. A bit of further walks or drive will reach the city area and waterfront stalls. The only setback for some could be the non-availability of in-house cafe and room service. There's few eating places within minutes walk though. Overall stay was comfortable, air-condition was indeed in good condition and as at the time of stay, the price range for the room is unbeatable!!

for the price paid, hotel opened for four years, everything is well-maintained
only stained furniture should be spotless or replaced

staff tried to help but no solution nor compensation was offered
- somehow Xioami mobile phones cannot access the free Wi-Fi
but connection on other devices was also slow & unstable
body wash/shampoo dispenser across most rooms has always been faulty

impressive design but no restaurant nor other facilities available
up to standard views from rooms

around 37 mins (25.4 Km) by car from SBW
around five mins (1.3 Km) by car to Sibu Central Market

I am totally amazed with this new hipster type of hotel during my visit on 23-25 March 2018. The room is truly spacious, clean and well lit with full length window. The unique ambience of industrial mortar walls and bright coloured furniture created a whole new experience to the old town of Sibu.

The residents lounge common area is made private at level 2 with the sun roof from the top floor down made the whole place a unique and unbelievable sights for economic price you are paying.

Only the hindsight is that there are no cafe’ available in the hotel for breakfast. However there are cafe’ shops nearby just a walking distance.
