This hotel had no working Wi-Fi during my two night stay. The staff were unable to fix it or provide any resolution. They are entirely incompetent and unprofessional. Their technician who arrived after two days admitted the hotel has refused to invest in the proper technology to ensure Wi-Fi access to all rooms. I’d recommend people avoid this hotel because they are falsely advertising an amenity they don’t have. They’re also very dishonest because they are claiming afterwards that the Wi-Fi worked the entire time.

Stayed here in July. What I liked most is that their internet speed is strong in the rooms and at their highest floor. They also offer (subject to availability) a 1/2 day additional stay (till 6pm) with a reasonable charge - good if you hv an evening flight. Standard check out time is 12pm.

Stayed here for a quick 3 nights in a very quiet Sibu town. Sibu is now no where near its glory days 20 years ago. Pros: - Location: central in Sibu town and easy access to plenty of good food, to the wharf and other attractions - Staff: friendly, warm and accommodating - Food: probably one of best local food amongst the many hotels in Sarawak - Room: dated but clean & spacious Cons: - Room: very dated and old system for cable TV. Time for an upgrade to attract the younger crowds. Centralize air-conditioning needs refurbishing and update as well. Takes a while to cool down the room. - Hotel - during its hey days - used to have a lounger and bar. Would be nice to this being revived again Overall, a very pleasant stay and my choice of hotel in Sibu

Our preferred hotel in Sibu, considering that this is a city of about 150,000. Centrally located, near market. Nice lobby, decent and clean rooms, although air con was not quite strong enough. Pool was nice and clean - there was a guy hosing down the patio the whole time I was swimming. Breakfast was adequate in Peppers Cafe, with some items quite tasty. Loong Jin restaurant on the second floor is excellent, with private rooms. Staff were generally helpful.

Stayed 2 nights. Rooms were not bad at all. Front office staff and housekeeping staff friendly enough. Cafe staff was a big let down, very unfriendly. Got a coffee cup with lipstick stain. Breakfast is something we can’t choose in this Hotel. Apparently we eat what they give. 2 cold toasted bread. 3 pcs of orange and watermelon which was not fresh. A small portion of noodles, 2 mini sausages. Baked beans and very undercooked egg. As a paying guest, I want to choose what I want for breakfast! Not served like a dog!

Located at city centre and busy commercial area, Sibu. If you are staying here ;morning hours can visit the Central Market, largest in Sarawak. Afternoon attending hotel meeting; and night spare time either have an movie at King's Trioplex (the only theater) or walk along Sibu Gateway to evaluate the different human characters.

I love this hotel. Located near to UTC Sibu and also near to Pasar Besar Sibu. Hotel is a bit old but the room has everything that we need while you are traveling. Iron and safety boss is in the room. For Muslim, you have to request for a praying mat with the housekeeping department. Cafe is at the ground floor and the is a karaoke lounge and spa located at 2nd floor. Gym and pool is at the 3 floor. This hotel is famous with their cheese cake. After 6 pm. They will give 30% discount for all cakes available.

The accommodation is probably 3.5 stars, and is a bit pricey compared to other hotels in town. The location is very centrally located which probably explains the premium rate. It's walking distance to the iconic Sibu central market, reputed to be the biggest in Malaysia, as well as shopping and eateries.

Centralised within the town of sibu. No way can miss this hotel. Walking distance on <5min i.e: market and shops. Very basic hotel, don't expect it to be fanciful or new. Friendly staff great location

It's hard to come by nice hotels in Sibu, so this one may be one of the nicer ones still despite its faults. The hotel is old and you can see it in the fixtures, walls, and floors. Grout and chalking in the bathroom is dark and full of mildew. Overall, it looks like they've tried to keep the rooms in good condition without having to do full renovations. They have a swimming pool, but no one uses it and it doesn't look inviting. The location is very central and there are a lot of shops and restaurants all around.
