The staff could be more courteous, I made the reservation about 2 days before, arrive at the Hotel around noon and just trying my luck to check in, but was told off by the staff that the Check In time is at 2pm. Traveling long distance and with small kids can be "hectic" the kids are restless after long journey, the way the reception telling me the check in time could be better. I just don t want to make fuss out of it. The staff are seen smoking at the main entrance which is a big no-no. The Room The room with two Queen size bed are are small. The fixtures & furniture are very limited and the room looks and feel BARE. The room I could say well maintain but can be better. The coffee and Tea facilities are just one each. A little disappointing. The bath room are clean enough. The bed are on the hard side, The pillow are just too soft. The TV program are good. The aircond are cold enough. The breakfast Appreciate the break fast even it is a simple breakfast. The menu can be better. That morning the menu is Nasi Lemak with it condiments, Plain porridge with condiment. Hard boil and half boil eggs, fried kueh tiew. No one to take the break fast coupon, any one could just walk in. For the price we pay it worth the stay. Parking are easily available and there is guards on duty. The area a little bit secluded, but the plus point the Hotel is located behind the Medan Mall. Over all Satisfied with the stay. Will not hesitate to return to the Hotel for my next trip. if any of the Hotel Management came across this comment / writing please improve the staff attitude and the service.…

Hotel is relatively new. Room and toilet are overall clean. Basic amenities are included (TV, towels, 2-in-1 hair+body shampoo, coffee and tea-making facilities, bottled water). Room offers comfortable sleep so it's value for money. The only downside was that I couldn't find an electric socket beside the bed for phone-charging at night (the sockets are further away near the writing desk). Hotel is next to Medan Mall. Coffee shops and massage centres are within close proximity.

Located besides Sibu Bus Terminal.Rm75.00 for a standard double room, clean n equiped with electric kettle n wifi.Many restaurants around n a large supermarket.Main Sibu city is about 3 km away, taxi are available in front of the hotel.

Room is good. Poor service and poor breakfast ! Should train staff to be more courteous. This is like a chain hotel, there are similar hotels at different locations in Sibu. Overall average standard hotel. Nothing much more to add as Sibu is a boring town.

The Medan Hotels all over Sarawak is a recommendable place to stay. So far I have stayed in 4 medan hotels and with no dissapointing experience. The room is clean and spacious. The breakfast is generous with local selections. Hotel staff are very professional and act promptly to requests. A big thumb's up for Medan Hotel chain.

Stayed here on our way to Kuching and as the hotel is clean with large rooms great showers loads of parking & a mall nearby we decided to stay here again on the return trip All this at an affordable price Large TV with BBC news so can catch up which is great whilst away from home .Only down side the breakfast is limited with no fresh fruit only half boiled eggs which are barely cooked and some mee . Strangely no knives to butter your bread..Despite the breakfast we chose to stay here again ..

A quite new & clean hotel, just next to Medan Mall, so shopping for stuff is easy. Ample parking. Finding restaurants/eateries is not a problem. Rate for rooms is affordable; currently the rate (for a deluxe king) is just below RM100, a promotional rate. Comes with breakfast for 2. But the cafe can be quite crowded especially during the peak season. Spacious room, but doesn't come with a mini bar. In overall, it's a good budget hotel to choose from.

Since we know about this hotel, we always stay here whenever come to Sibu. Location: more suitable for the visitor who have their own vehicle. Quite far from city, the hotel surrounding have one mall and many small shop which most of it not open..only need half day to finish the trip around there. Price: the price is reasonable for budget hotel. Cleanliness: depand..sometime clean and sometime not. Staff: Quite friendly, even sometime do met serious face and not even look at guest face when talking. WIFI: for those who need hotel wifi, don't put your hope too high in this hotel, especially during night hour. At first I thought the server is down, so i call counter and they give me a new voucher. But, I couldn't even get to enter the voucher number. Its totally not connected. Its happen many time during my stay, at the same hour till morning. Very disappointed. The staff told me that the server down, but I couldn't help to think that its just an excuses. Breakfast: simple, good enough for me who not eat much in the morning. So far so good, except WIFI, because I am one of those who need WIFI at night. Hehe.…

I stay at Medan Hotel on July 2015 for work, it is a new and clean hotel with basic amenities, room is long and spacious. The room is included simple breakfast with affordable price. Location wise, is located near Medan Supermarket with near to some food eateries. However, it is away from the city centre, facing traffic jam especially during peak before and after office working hour.
