Part of a charming old complex. The cottage is exactly as advertised. A lovely spot to return to after a day of hectic driving, walking or shopping in Bordeaux. The owner (Melanie) was, initially reluctant to let Vine Cottage as work was being done prior to the season on another part of the small complex. We persisted and she, thankfully,...

My husband and I recently stayed in Vine cottage and for the benefit of others I would just like to make the following points and things to be aware of. - If you go early or late in the season be aware there is no heating. Three generations of the same family stayed in Rose Cottage in June 2012. This was a perfect spot for adults and small children and thoroughly recommended. The owners were very hospitable and went out of their way to be helpful. On site amenities including a swimming pool and children's play area - all maintained to a high and safe standard....

We spent two weeks in June in Rose Cottage and we were absolutely delighted. The owners, Ashley & Rachel, maintain the homes and grounds to the highest standards. We have three young children and the owners were incredibly helpful. Some supplies we had requested (nappies & wine!) were ready & fresh sand for the sandpit arrived for our little ones....
