Having stayed on two occasions in the last four weeks and numerous times before although the hotel is almost at the end of an extensive upgrade things are sadly wrong. On our first visit we paid for a superior room which in the past had facilities to make a cup of tea and were much larger than the one given.... More

We've stayed at this hotel every 2 years for the past 10 years and it's always been a great little stop-over on our way south, about 2 hrs from Calais and very close to the autoroutes. 2 years ago, the outside had been painted and it all looked very nice. This time, there were huge areas of the outside where... More

Convenient location for us wanting to stay outside of Rouen and plenty of options for food close by. There was a slight smell in the hallway (not really sure what) and the bathroom was very small in the room. All in all though, it was what we were after in terms of location and affordability.

Smelt of smoke and cigarettes everywhere. Supposed to be 3* but I've stayed in betters 2*. Do yourself a favour and pass this one by...... Lots of choice in the same area. On the upside had a lovely supper in the Au Bureau close by. Open to 23.00 and great smiley service even at 22.00 !!!

Stayed 1 night in a double room with my 2 little dogs. Great location just over 2 hours drive from Calais & easy to find. Reception was manned even though I arrived quite late & my room (12) was clean & functional for the bargain €32 I'd paid. My only complaint is that the walls are literally paper thin &... More

As you'd expect for the price, this is not your luxury hotel, but it is clean, the room fine, albeit a little on the noisy side, just with other guests' comings & goings due, presumably, to thin walls. We ate here as we had had a long journey & couldn't be bothered to go out again, but we were more... More

Had an overnight stay here on the way down from the Chunnel to the south of France. We do this journey a few times a year and have stayed in many places, mostly in Premier Classe. This one, Balladins, was cleaner, fresher, more spacious and even cheaper! Definitely one to recommend.

We have used this Hotel many times on our journeys through France. This time we had a standard room which to be honest was rather small for 2 adults. The room was very clean and the internet in the room worked very well. The restaurant is very good with a good selection on the menu also the breakfast was good.... More

We stopped her coming home from South West. Clean room and comfortable bed. The hotel tends to get fairly noisy with customers arriving late. Perfect for what it was. Could have done with a kettle in the room though. I would recommend their buffet breakfast. Good quality and choice even for a fuss pot like me :)

We were looking for an affordable place to stop on our drive out to Normandy. We arrived at Paris Orly at nearly 10pm and knew we wouldn't be able to make the full drive out to Caen / Bayeaux so we were looking for a place to stay between Paris & Caen. This place fit the bill! Right off of... More
