We were a family ( 2 adults ) in a group of tourists and spent 7 nights / 6 days with the base in this hotel . Of course I read reviews before getting there but could not get a real idea, as the ratings were from "horrible " to "very nice " ! So I am writing this after...

Stayed here in a twin share room as part of a Topdeck tour for 2 nights. The wifi was good but only accessible in the lobby area, not my room. The air conditioning in the rooms was controlled by reception. They switched it off at night meaning the bedrooms got hot. You can't open the balcony door otherwise mosquitoes eat...

Room and bathroom were large and spacious enough. Stayed in room close to reception area on bottom floor, so still received free wi-fi in room, otherwise free wi-fi only works in lobby area.. The view from our room was quite nice overlooking Sorrento bay. Was a while out from Sorrento main town, too far to walk, but bus stop at...

This hotel sits up on the cliff and some of the rooms have a nice ocean view. However, that's really the only good things that can be said. The windows have roll up doors on them, and they recommend you lock them so thieves don't come down off the roofs to get into your room. So, you generally don't want...

The room was very small and the furniture very basic. The television was so tiny that you could only watch it when basically sitting rught in front of it. Also the shower was small, the towels were more like overstarched tablecloths. Breakfast buffet and evening meal were mediocre, the staff slow and sometimes insolent. The only positive thing is the...

We stayed at this hotel as part of a tour, it seems they have a lot of tour/school groups stay. Free wifi is available in the lobby only. The room was fine, the shower small and the breakfast was pretty basic - breads, cornflakes and cakes. The view was very good!

Most awful hotel we have ever stayed at. There aren't enough words to describe how terrible this experience was and we truly consider ourselves very low maintenance. NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY AT ALL Do not take young children as it is not an appropriate place to stay - lots of steps not buggy friendly. Dangerous French doors with low railing. No...

There are mixed comments about this hotel but let me tell you that they have a "hands-on approach", dedicated and friendly staff that will do their absolute best to meet your needs and the fantastic view over the Sorrentine Peninsula that one can admire at sunset while enjoying a drink at the hotel's terrace bar is a visual souvenir you...

Well, we probably get one of the better rooms, with sea side view, we slept there for one night on our Italy journey, and everything was ok, but nothing special. But the dinner was awful, served menu, pork with strange sauce, the breakfast was okay. Views and location is perfect for romantic stays, just try it.
