On behalf of our friends whom we met up with at Stocklands BnB for a weekend reunion, I want to thank Eve for a wonderful weekend. I would highly recommend Stocklands as a home away from home - the rooms are thoughtfully furnished with attention to detail and full of little surprises. The breakfasts are first class too. Thank you...

We just spent one night here and were really pleasantly surprised as to how nice it was: really great value for the price we were charged. We stayed in Dairy Cottage which is very comfortable and has everything you might need including a large TV in a comfortable sitting area, a fully equipped kitchenette and even electric blankets. As others...

We found this accommodation through their efficient web site and we stayed in one of the converted farm cottages which was spacious and clean. We appreciated the extra touches like a flask of sherry, liquorice allsorts, fresh fruit, fudge and so on. We enjoyed using the swimming pool which was sparkling and carefully maintained by the owner with clean towels...

Our room was enormous - complete with 5 seater sitting area! The bed was very comfortable and the electric blanket was welcome. The baked treats and fudge on arrival were a nice touch. The shower was disappointing, however, and there was limited hot water, which tarnished our stay a little. Staff were friendly.

Spent a fabulous weekend there. Highly recommended! The owners are wonderful and friendly. The venue is centrally situated and very easy to find. Lots of attractions nearby and very convenient for meandering. The rooms are all very tastefully decorated and cosy. There is a beautiful cottage for families to enjoy. Will be back again soon!

During the month of April, my partner and I booked into Stocklands Farm Bed and Breakfast purely for a convenient night's stay as we had a wedding to attend in the Midlands. We were greeted by friendly staff, and shown to a most luxurious room. Home from home with thoughtful touches of fresh fruit, filter coffee, homemade fudge and sherry. There was...

I can only imagine that the other reviewers of this guest house had absolutely nothing to do with the owner, Evelyn. We (my husband and I and our 15-month daughter) were treated hostilely from the moment we arrived. We felt decidedly unwelcome, but decided to stay as the room and grounds were absolutely beautiful. The breakfast was good, but again,...

In spite of what has been said above, I did respond to Ms Kaplan - twice. Once by email and once by SMS and on both occasions asked for her postal address so that we could post her child's toys to her. I did not receive a reply to either of these messages. In addition Ms Kaplan posted a message...

“The Courtyard is for a couple and has a lovely lounge and 2 patios. It is away from the main building near the Farmyard and just quaint and comfortable. The other rooms look lovely, but are less private. If you like privacy, being near the animals ( 2 bulls and some donkeys), then you will like the Courtyard. Cosy and beautiful. For those who cannot walk too much, there are rooms in front of the Farm near the reception which look very pleasant from outside.”
