Various adjectives spring to mind - pretentious, cold, unimaginative (not architecturally) in all areas. Why is it necessary to use lifts walk over bridges, then another lift or downstairs again. My Fitbit indicated that I probably walked over 1 km just to go to breakfast...More

I stayed here one night with my husband while traveling in La Rioja. This hotel is spectacular. The room was huge and very comfortable. We were a bit disappointed that our room was not in the main building, but our room had a wonderful view...More
A must stay hotel and vineyard, the hotel is awesome, the food is very good and the vineyard is out of this world! take the tour, very complete and well explained by the tour guide. I bought a combo with the hotel night including tour,...More
We have stayed in many wonderful hotels throughout the world, and we were looking forward to our stay here. The incredibly poor service from check-in, to responsiveness, to courtesy in restaurants, and ridiculous rudeness and disdain shown by our guide Violeta of the " wine...More

Make no mistake, the Frank Gehry architecture is spectacular, as is the setting. But the service here is a mess. It's as if they forgot they're running a hotel.
At check-in they had no idea I'd requested spa and dinner reservations and told me they...More

When I stayed there I had a car rental and don't regret a bit. There's a medieval town called Laguardia that it's about a 15-20 minutes drive that it's worth your time. As far as the winery tour it was okay and depending on the time of the year I recommend reserving. The tour was included when invoked the room. Nonetheless the hotel and its surroundings is just magnificent. Enjoy!

We traveled with a 12 and 9 year old, and the hotel was fantastic, super friendly towards the kids. The indoor pool does say kids must be accompanied by an adult but our experience was it was loosely followed.
