My husband and I stayed here last night (room 3) to celebrate a birthday weekend. The room is modern, clean with all the amenities you possibly need. Check in is all automated via electronic pin which is so quick and easy to use. No need to rush and keep people waiting as you can arrive in your own time without... More

My partner and I stayed here last night so we could go to Ten Minutes by Tractor for dinner. Managing new checkin type of technology upon arriving which made it seamless. We had Room 3 which was large with a. king size bed and beautifully appointed with modern decor, private deck and stunning views of port Phillip bay. Everything is... More

Beautiful property. We stayed in Suite 2 which has the gas fire place, larger ensuite and big double balcony with amazing bay views . Lovely large modern room with a comfortable king size bed. Definitely a gorgeous romantic couples getaway. Breakfast was included, which was an amazing home cooked breakfast, with lovely fresh produce. Highly recommend and we will definitely... More

Everything about George's was perfect for a romantic getaway; picturesque, luxurious, comfortable, etc. The only annoying part was the base reverberations coming through the adjoining wall from our neighbour's TV. It sounded like a rave was being had down the road, but we quickly realised it was just our neighbour's TV. Bit of a sound proofing issue. Apart from that,... More

George's B&B is just lovely, stayed here (room 3) for a one night getaway and really enjoyed it. The room is cosy and modern, very clean, quiet, with lovely views from the deck. Love the waterfall shower. The breakfast and coffee the next morning was delicious. Host was friendly, attentive. We'll definitely be back.

We stayed here for our anniversary and it was absolutely stunning! Very clean and modern. Amazing big shower. Everything you could need. The owners were wonderful, they welcomed us on arrival and cooked us an amazing breakfast the next day. Highly recommend for an adults weekend away. There's lots to do in the area too and stunning views.

My husband and I booked Room 1, it has lovely views of the bay and is such a cosy modern room! We also had two lovely Touch Of Peace therapists come and give us 75mins each of pure relaxation massages in the comfort of our room, it was the perfect treat! Breakfast the following morning was absolutely beautiful, we both... More

Five years ago we (2 couples) had such a wonderful stay at Georges that we decided to visit again. The rooms are still beautiful and the food is very good but, disappointingly, Georges no longer provides a generous and hospitable B&B experience. Instead of being welcomed, we were provided a code to access our room keys from a safe and,... More

Every part of the stay at George's was fantastic. The room and the cosy fireplace, the delicious breakfast each morning - the pancake is amazing, to the location and that million dollar view. Every winery on the Peninsula was in easy reach. Thanks so much for a great stay.

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
A place where tranquility meets modern luxury - welcome to this unique contemporary B&B. Just over an hour from Melbourne, George's Boutique Bed and Breakfast at Arthurs Seat is located on the idyllic Mornington Peninsula. Your Mornington Peninsula accommodation here is a stone's throw from award-winning wineries, quality local produce, world class golf courses, marine activities, art galleries, walking tracks and natural spa treatments. The base for your stay is an architecturally designed masterpiece. The stunning Port Phillip Bay views from the balcony alone make the stay worthwhile. George's isn't just another B&B. George's hosts an exclusive gourmet cooking school retreat. The retreat runs periodically throughout the year, catering from beginner to budding chef extraordinaire. We run intimate group settings, 8 per group, so you will always have access to our master chef instructor. Each retreat will have its own theme, perhaps with a Tuscan or Moroccan based feel selecting the finest produce from local markets. When you're not cooking up a storm maybe a spa treatment or round of golf might interest you. Whatever your taste our themes are sure to satisfy! Inside, local art lines the walls among boutique style modern furnishing and your sanctuary away from it all is completed by king size beds with crisp white linen (Egyptian cotton) and a thoughtful collection of pillow fillings. No detail has been left unattended. The invitation is yours - indulgence awaits. ... more   less
