Our one night stopover en route to Italy afforded us a taste of true Italian hospitality, "in famiglia". We did not realise that Fabrizio and Turia were about to close for 1 month of holiday and we were the only guests on a rather cold and wet May day. As soon as we arrived after a long drive we were...

A perfectly clean and well appointed double room with stunning views up the valley from the balcony provided an ideal base for our ski mountaineering/touring trip. Fabrizio and his family provide really delicious food at a far better standard than one might expect from a two star lodge. I would say that the food we had for both breakfast and...

Wonderful place, amazing people, extremely good food. The hotel is very cozy and it made me feel like I was at home! It is located in a beautiful area, very quiet and surrounded by Mother Nature. Best place to relax! I definitely recommend this place xxx G.

Maison des Myrtilles is a perfect fit for its surroundings. On the surface it is an unpretentious two star mountain lodge. Clean and comfortable, good sized rooms and superb views if you have a balcony. But two things make it stand out: 1) Fabrizio the manager and his family and staff are perfect hosts. Welcoming, friendly, helpful and fortunately for...

Came for a few days in Valgrisenche and this restaurant was just a few steps from our accommodation. Owners were very friendly and got to know that father's parents are Maltese so we talked for long then. Meny was very limited but food was delicious and the desert was fantastic... i reccomend this restaurant for whom will be in the...

Stayed at the hotel from sat-sun on family weekend. Situated on the piste. Room were great and cosy. Absolute best thing was the owners; treated us excellent with local specialities and a warmth that made you feel very welcome and at home. Ski area is perfect for beginners and especially children as it has few good slopes, trampolines and last...

Lovely small hotel in Valgrisenche, which is situated 11km deep in a mountain road which swirls all way up. Fabrizio the tenant is VERY friendly and welcoming. He suggests good wine and can prepare scrumptious dinner for his guests. BE SURE TO VISIT AND TASTE HIS KITCHEN PREPARATIONS. Breathless views of the mountains from room balcony.

We were fortunate to find Maison des Myrtilles as we walked the Alta Via 2 in September 2015. We had a long day and it was a delight to find this comfortable hotel with an outstanding "patron" who had taken it over a year ago. He went out of his way to provide outstanding service. While enjoying a pre dinner...

It looks like a regular ski resort/summer resort hotel like many in Val de Aosta valley BUT two things make it different, the owner, Fabricio and the chef of the resturant. Fabricio is always there for you, anything you want and with a big smile on his face. AND the resturant is unique , the chef is amazing , we...

We felt very welcome and spoilt by the lovely family running this hotel. Thanks Fabrizio, Turia and little cute Desiree. The ski resort is just 50 m down from the hotel, very good for little ones, including nice snow park for kids. The structure of the hotel is simple but charming. The Food is traditional from the region and good...
