Unfortunately, and much to the dismay of all the locals, the main lodge, restaurant and bar burned down this year. From what we have read, the owners are all safe and well. Such a shame. We have seen though that the property is still open and the owners are trying to make repairs so that the cabins are still rentable!...

I've been to PFL three times hunting bears. The cabins are nice and reasonably clean. The food is good, but has diminished in quality over the last 3 years. Service in the restaurant remains very good and the only reason I gave a 2 for service. Please don't go here if you truly want to hunt bears. The guide started...

Been to Pine Falls several times over all 4 seasons. My favourite time is in winter. They have a weekend buffet that will 'knock your socks off'. I have heard people ask if they can order off the menu and were a little upset that they could not. But, remember, there are only 2 people cooking. Even with just the...

Picturesque with lots of water. The place is rustic!! Only stopped for drinks and snacks and the service was great and my tea was hot and the wings we ordered were tasty and warm. Did not sleep there but would go again.

Hello lilybear2014, We are glad you were able to stop by the lodge for a meal. We would like to apologize for your experience. We strive to accommodate all of our guests needs as best we can which is why, on busy weekends, with a limited kitchen staff, we change from our regular menu to the buffet. We feel this...

For 10 years now I look forward to my annual girls weekend. This year we decided to try Pinefalls lodge and we were greatly disappointed! We arrived to a not so clean or warm cabin. After washing the stove and the fridge and unpacking it still didn't warm up so we decided to let the owners know. He came in...

I'll break this review up into the different categories, but will start with a brief summary so you don't necessarily have to read the whole review. This was a great place to stay with great food, scenery, and hosts. I will start by saying that we went at the beginning of July, which we knew would be a bad idea...

“Pre-book your cabin in advance since some of the more popular cabins fill up quickly. There are many different cabin lay outs (as the owner was nice enough to show us around) so there's something for everyone. Stardust (cabin 2) is a little piece of paradise for any couples looking for a getaway!”
