A very good stay. Comfortable room/bed. Very warm reception from Marlene and great hospitality. Parking close by. There is a chance that spaces are taken so would have to fend otherwise. Nice patio - too cold to use. Would make a very nice stay in warmer weather to visit area. Ate at Coco Sweet. Fun time - Bruno quite a...

A great place to stay before a Canal du Midi trip, as well as many other trips about the district. The accommodation is first class, beautiful rooms and great hosts. The town offers all the facilities you need; banks, pharmacies, wine shops, etc

Our group of friends had all 4 rooms and everyone was pleased with the size and contents of their room. Albert & Marlene made us very welcome. Albert's assistance in helping with luggage up the narrow stair case was particularly appreciated. The breakfast was superb.

We had a great time whilst staying at the guest house. We found the hosts extremely friendly which made us feel very welcome. All facilities were as described and to a very high standard. The bed was very comfortable, room large, breakfast amazing, few nice eateries around to choose from. Unfortunately we had some noisy guests staying above our room...

Everything was superb for our stay. Clean, quiet, central, good parking. Lovely spacious room and large bathroom. Breakfasts were excellent. Highly recommended. Had the yap as plate and local wine one evening which was great - in the courtyard - very relaxing. The hosts had plenty of travel information for the area as well.

Fantastic breakfast. Room excellent. The place is so beautiful and so romantic. And the owners Very simpatic. Everything really clean. We loved. The only bad thing is the time of the check in. It's too late.

Do not be put off by the surroundings on arrival in the rather dingy town of Lezigny-Corbiere; the litter-strewn streets belie the existence of a veritable oasis in its midst. Behind the front door of Maison Allene lies a welcoming haven of tranquillity for the weary traveller. From the lovely, peaceful enclosed courtyard to the tastefully decorated ensuite rooms, the...

We had a wonderful stay at Maison Allene! The rooms are nice and clean and the bed was of very good quality. But the best assets of this hotel are the hosts. You feel welcome from the moment you enter and the service Albert and Marlène provide is superb!

The B&B has a excellent location, but one would have preferred comfort over location. The room was ice cold and took hours to heat up to bareble level. The owners refused to provide extra heating and we had to negotiate to be able to leave the AC on for the time we were out. All together the owners seemed eager...

Maison Allène is one of those rare places to stay where so much thought has gone into every detail that it seems almost faultless, but at the same time the ambiance is laid back and comfortable. This triumph has to be attributed to the admirable partnership of Albert and Marlène, a Dutch couple who lived in the States for many...
