Not the five star luxurious spa retreat as advertised, just a very disappointing accommodation experience that turned a planned four night stay into two. Clearly trying to get back on its feet post pandemic, but losing the battle against the decay and subsequent cost. Shut the doors, walk away and let nature reclaim the jurassic park. To anyone considering a stay, you have been warned!

The resort just opened back for visitor after its renovation/ rejuvenation works when we booked the room. Stay there as we cannot cross state border during CMCO in Melaka, and located about 15-20 minutes from our house. Resort staff are quite helpful and friendly, responsive to our request. Our room is at the second floor with balcony facing the walkway. Room and bed condition is good, but the stairway area didn't lit at night which is dangerous for the visitor. Didn't manage to walk around in the 1st day evening as it is rain heavily outside. As not many visitor and pandemic condition, all meals including breakfast was delivered directly to the room. Visitor have to select the breakfast type listed during check-in/ before end of the day.

I went during CMCO and the interior of the room was superb but sad to see the facilities and the surrounding. It was not well maintained and it is such a waste! They should at least keep the surrounding nice so that it compliments the room!

I could not list all the issues it will take too long. From food quality, cleanliness of crockery, poor room condition, weak wifi except at lobby, inexperienced staff and slow reaction from banquet team. The concept is good but in poor condition.

The hotel is not well maintained, toilet was not sanitaised and aged swimming pool water is not filtered , full of black particles ( like germs) , insects , tissue paper bits & tree leaves inside , horrendous ! Worst ever swimming pool!! When the air con was switched on, dust flew out and it stunk. The extra bed ( mattress ) was very hard

We stay here 2D1N for company trip.. Hotel very nice but poor maintenance.. The hotel room floor quite dirty with a lot of sands. Towel a bit yellowish with blood stain.. Overall is ok but just the hygiene a bit concern. Spa and karaoke room are under maintenance. Nothing to do at night time after dinner. Lunch at lobby side and it’s a buffet style. Dinner located at swimming pool side with steamboat style (not buffet)

The resort was nice but all facilities are poorly maintained. Swimming pool water was murky and full of dry leaves. There are only 1 restaurants operating during dinner time and full of flies. Breakfast was not as expected for a 5 star resort. Room toilet are poorly maintained. Rated 5 star but service and facilities are not.

We were on our way to Singapore by road and decided to drop by for lunch. On the outside it looks very nice. The coffee house was just next to the lobby. Service was terribly slow and this is difficult to understand as we were the only table for lunch. The 4 of us ordered and the food came out slowly, very very slowly. The first person of our team finished his lunch with the rest of us continued to wait. This is highly unacceptable. Oh and how does the food taste? From mediocre to bad....
