If you are a backpacker or anyone who would just want a place to bunk in for the night and move out upon daylight, this is a place for you. What I really feel comfortable about this hotel is because of these: 1. It's just beside the neighbourhood, so it has the "community feel" as well as grocery store and restaurants nearby. Convenient. 2. McDonald's is just nearby, as well as the MITC, mosque, Bowling Centre, and Petronas. The hotel itself is quaint but comfy. Perfect for a touch and go stay. Aircond functions well. Towels provided. Hotel and room are clean and nicely managed (plus the dustbin is in the toilet if anyone needs it). The staff is also nice. The only problem I faced is that the rooms are not soundproof. So you might feel like someone is trying to open your door but it is just your neighbour trying to get in their room.…
1. New hotel but smell stink at lobby. 2. Not friendly staff. 3. No non smoking room..all smoker's room. Not suitable for those who bring baby along. 4. Toilet got bugs and insects. Lot of red ant. Lower floor. 5. I am super disappointed with the Chinese man at lobby. At time we check out..he was talking so loud..why customer keep checking out while he's on duty. Use all cursing word..while i'm with my kids at the lobby waiting for taxi. No manners at all. 6.Bedsheets not clean. 7. Not recommend and not coming again.
Stayed for one night with family - deluxe room (1 deluxe bed and 1 single bed) suitable for 3 adults and 1 children. Room prices about RM103 which i think was OK. Besides hotel room itself, bathroom, lobby was very clean. There's area for ironing & hot water for making coffee or tea at GF next to reception/lobby. Location was ok, easy to find & nearby MITC Melaka.
My family and my cousins went to Melaka yesterday. From what I see about that,it was real awesome! These are the pros and cons: Pros:1.Nice value. That cost about RM100 per room-1 single bed and 1 double. 2.Somewhat strategic place. From there, you can go to Kota Fesyen. 3.Somewhat comfy place. It was an ideal place to stay. Cons:1.So-so sleeping experience. I wasn't complaining. Just, a little bit problem. When I try to sleep,it doesn't made sense.Too cold.
ROOM/HOTEL 1. Prices from RM70-100. They charged rate differently on weekday or weekend. 2. Very basic. No bathtub but shower was excellent. 3. The hotel is new so it was very clean. 4. Even the towel is new! 5. Located at new & quiet neighbourhood (Tasek Utama) 6. Shops is nearby. 7. Police station is around the corner. LOCATION. 1. Choose this hotel if u around Ayer Keroh area and have limited budget.
