Booked 3 family rooms for my family 3 months early. But rooms unavailable when check in time. They offer us with extra standard room but room condition was so terrible. Breakfast was more dissapointed as they just have basic breakfast local cuisine. Not recommanded at all for others. Stay away.

Stayed there during the school holiday, considering the deal price for 2 rooms chalet, and location just nearby Zoo Melaka. Definitely love the resort concept of attractive small chalets. But they could use some upkeeping - swimming pool water were cloudy by afternoon and the chalet aircond couldn't keep up with the heat. Other than that, breakfast were good for... More

stayed in this resort with a group of friends for a 2d1n. the room allocated to us was below average but overall clean. Basic amenities (body shampoo, soap) were provided with a mini fridge. No wifi available in the resort (or could be not available in the area of the location of our room?) to us, the most memorable part... More

We need a place to stay for a night before going for a meeting today. Room was ok with old furniture but most importantly bathroom is spacious and clean. Water was functioning great, it just that the water didnt heat well enough. Food for breakfast was ok. Not much to choose though. Interesting fact about this place is its location... More

The location was easily accessible and the hotel environment was good. However the room was a letdown. We book early and when we check in, the room was a not prepared. The bathroom was dirty and leaking. Even after we ask for service to wash the toilet, no one came. The 2 nights stay was disappointing. Recommendation? No way!

Which we were, earlier this year, during one of the long holiday weekend. We made a last minute decision to travel, and to stay at Ayer Keroh. Once there, this was the only hotel left that fits our criteria, within our targeted area (near zoo, highway, MITC, water park) and with swimming pool, that (amazingly, we thought) is available. If... More
